QUESTECH RECRUITMENT - Key Persons
Ashley has worked in recruitment for over 15 years working in senior management roles and started the Automotive division at Questech in 2014. He currently oversees operations for automotive, M&E and Commercial divisions at Questech working with large blue-chip organisations alongside with local independent businesses.
Prior to his recruitment career Ashley spent 12 months travelling South East Asia and Australia, he now enjoys family holidays in France with his wife and 3 children and is a lifelong supporter Rotherham United.
Ashley owns a piece of the Berlin wall and escaped a serial killer while travelling Australia - for this we are all eternally grateful
Elle worked as a Service Advisor at Peugeot for 5 years before starting her career in recruitment at Questech in October 2021. She started off as a trainee, learning recruitment consultant skills in the FMCG division. She is now a fully trained recruitment consultant, covering the South Yorkshire area.

Emma started her career in recruitment in 2012 having worked in the automotive industry for over 12 years previously. Working to her strengths Emma decided to recruit in the automotive and road transport industry specialising in the recruitment of Vehicle Technicians amongst other roles. Emma has been with Questech 3 months now and has helped grow the contracting division considerably bringing on new clients and contractors week on week.
In her spare time Emma volunteers for a Parrot Rehoming Charity and has currently 15 parrots living with her which she occasionally brings to the office to help with her workload. They prove to be extremely unhelpful unfortunately. Emma also likes to socialise with friends and is a regular at Butlins for their big music weekends.

Joanne has previously worked in the recruitment industry for 16 years, previous sectors included insurance, healthcare and care homes. Joanne came to Questech Recruitment in April 2016. She specialises in the FMCG north and west Yorkshire market.
Joanne enjoys spending time with her family on seaside breaks and is a passionate animal lover - particularly her dog Olly.
Joanne is a thrill seeker who has done the zip wire not once but TWICE (Mexico and Wales) and has also done white water rafting!!!
Johanna has worked at Questech since 2012 having spent her whole career in payroll and accounts. She oversee's all aspects for the business including timesheets and invoicing to credit control and banking.
Jonathan started his working life as a Motor Mechanic, from this he worked briefly within Financial Services until starting his Recruitment career in 1993. Working for both Independent & National Recruitment companies where he progressed from Consultant to Director. In January 2010 he resigned from his role and started Questech Recruitment Ltd with Mark Rose.

Karen has worked in the recruitment industry for over 25 years within a variety of industries including industrial, technical and construction. She joined Questech in September 2023 as a Senior Recruitment Consultant working within the FMCG and construction industry.
Outside of work Karen enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She especially enjoys holidays and weekends away and likes to meet up with friends when possible at the weekend for a gin or two!!

Laura spent her earlier career in sales and customer service, she then began her recruitment career in June 2005 in the retail sector.
Laura started at Questech Recruitment in October 2010 and is the longest serving team member specialising in the West Yorkshire FMCG market. Laura has recruited for some on West Yorkshires biggest manufacturers and has a great reputation amongst hirers in the region. Laura typically recruits for Maintenance Engineers, Automation Engineers, Service Engineers, Maintenance Supervisors and Engineering Managers in West Yorkshire. Laura spends most of her free time with her family watching her son play Rugby League in the Summer.
Laura spent years convinced she was a good dancer after passing her level 1,2 & 3 until her 25th birthday when her parents confessed they had bought her the trophies as she was that bad at dancing!
After working in hospitality for many, many years. Louise has now started working in recruitment here with us at Questech since December 2023.
Louise is the Administrator for the M&E Department, working alongside Rebecca.
Louise is an avid lover of chocolate, coffee (Caramel Flat White!) and music such as Mother Mother, Twin Temple, Spiritbox and Sleep Token. Louise also like to read the office tarot cards any chance they get!
After leaving school Mark worked in Production Management roles in various manufacturing companies across West Yorkshire. He attended Huddersfield University and attained a Diploma in Management. In 1999 Mark started his recruitment journey - working in the industrial sector. He then quickly moved into a management role in the Engineering sector.
In 2010 Mark co - founded Questech Recruitment Ltd with Jonathan Sadler, since then the business has gone from strength to strength and soon will be celebrating 10 successful years in business.
Mark enjoys swimming, reading sports autobiography's, the cinema, travelling and is a keen (and long suffering) supporter of the mighty Leeds United FC.

Matt has now worked in the recruitment industry for 3 years. Prior to this had a career in the Aviation industry. He joined Questech in November 2018 and has grown from Strength to Strength in the Automotive team.
Matt enjoys watching sports including Leeds United and Leeds Rhinos and also enjoys long walks with his girlfriend and their Bassett Hound Arnold.
Matt's favourite holiday destination is Disney World Florida and as child was once mistaken for Macaulay Culkin.

Neil has worked in the Recruitment industry for 15 years working across a wide range of industries, starting off as a Recruitment Administrator, working up through the ranks as a skilled Resourcer and has now joined Questech in 2021 as a Recruitment Consultant. He looks after our busy temps desk, and also recruits for a variety of permanent roles.
Outside of work, Neil is a DJ of many music genres, owns an online Antique Key shop, enjoys weight training, and likes to educate himself in Forex Trading.
Nicola joined Questech as a Business Development Manager in April 2023.
With 10 years Recruitment experience in Insurance and Commercial Recruitment Nicola joins the team to connect with existing clients and build relationships with new businesses to understand their recruitment requirements.
She is now opening a new division at Questech: Commercial.
When not Recruiting Nicola loves to travel and to be out in the countryside with her family.
Nicola has over 25 years' experience in Credit Control, majority of which was spent within the manufacturing industry. She joined Questech in December 2022 as Credit Control Manager and has already significantly improved the cashflow within the business and reduced debtor days.
Nicola successfully passed her Level 5 Diploma in Credit Management in 2018 and is now a graduate member of the Chartered Institute of Credit Management but has said no more studying now that's for young brains!
Nicola loves proper music like Green Day & Biffy Clyro and spending time with her 2 grown up kids, her dog Milo, and her football fanatic Everton season ticket holder husband. She does go to a few homes games with him to cheer him up as the last few seasons haven't been the best!
Rebecca has worked in recruitment for the last 12 years in varying sectors Industrial, Driving and now engineering. She joined Questech in April 2018 to grow the West Yorkshire M&E division, she now manages the team and continues to grow the department each month spreading into South Yorkshire.
Rebecca likes to visit the gym as much as possible and enjoys a luxury holiday whenever she can and trying new food in exotic destinations.
Rebecca danced for Yorkshire in rock n roll, disco and Latin American and can hold a head stand for 5 minutes! - also loves to sing Nursery Rhymes…….in French!
Scott began working in the Automotive division at Questech Recruitment. He joined us in 2015 and has been enjoying the challenge of establishing himself within the industry, Scott has also played a key role in the team which has helped to build the division. As of July 2023, Scott has been promoted to Division Manager for his new division: Waste Management and Recycling.
Before joining Questech, Scott spent 3 years in recruitment gaining experience in the construction industry and has worked in sales for a large telecommunications provider.
Scott is a keen golfer and enjoys spending time his wife, son and daughter. Scott and his wife have recently celebrated their new addition Isla on 05/09/2019.
Shaun started in recruitment at the age of 18 working for a local recruiter, servicing Industrial contracts across South Yorkshire. He won business with multiple companies and account managed them with over 40+ temporary workers at one time.
Shaun then joined Questech Recruitment in April 2013 developing the South Yorkshire region and later establishing himself as the Divisional Manager of the FMCG team then becoming the Operations Manager of Questech. During his time at Questech he has secured key contracts with some of the UK's biggest manufacturers and continues to service clients who have a need for Maintenance & Reliability Engineers. Typically Shaun recruits Maintenance Engineers, Maintenance Supervisors and Engineering Managers in the Yorkshire region.
Shaun enjoys keeping healthy by attending the gym and mountain biking with his dad across the country. He has a keen interest in travelling and cooking new cuisines. He is an avid supporter of Barnsley FC attending most games home and away and has been supporting them since he was 4 years old.
In his lifetime Shaun has visited over 60 football grounds across numerous countries.

I've been in recruitment since 2017 starting out as an industrial consultant before joining Questech in January 2024 as a Senior Recruitment Consultant. I'm a keen football fan and have supported Tottenham since I could walk. In my spare time I like to watch and play football and recently started to play cricket again and when I have the chance, I like to go for a round of golf even if I do end up spending more time looking for my ball than I do hitting it. I like to travel and spend time with my wife and little girl going out as a family and making memories. I love to take my little girl to the zoo and see her face light up when she sees her favourite animals.
Tom Started at Questech January 2021 in the Automotive department. He doesn't have a specific region and works across the country from Cornwall to North Scotland.
He is a Big Huddersfield Town fan! Tom also played football most of his life for a local team in Huddersfield.
Tom met Jamie Redknapp in burger king at 4am in Liverpool after a night out and he has also met Paddy Doherty who got him a pint on St Paddy's day in Liverpool!
