Frank is a Chartered Engineer with over 30 years' experience of working within the construction industry in both the consultancy and contracting sectors and specialises in Electrical Design. Having held senior positions within established International building services consultancies, Frank has been at the forefront of delivering innovative and bespoke building services solutions with a strong emphasis on providing clients with cost effective, aesthetical, quality designs. Frank is a co-founder of the practice.

Tom graduated from the Birmingham City University with a First Class Honours in Mechanical Engineering. He is a CIBSE Low Carbon Consultant and specialises in mechanical services design, encompassing low carbon (energy) and passive design techniques to deliver sustainable engineering solutions. Tom has a strong consultancy background, working in some of the most prestigious consultancies in the Midlands, and his early involvement in projects has assisted many clients and architects in fully realising the energy saving potential of their buildings
