James has broad experience of working directly with public, private and commercial clients, with a focus on delivering detailed technical information in Stages 4-5 in collaboration with the wider design team and on-site contractors. His pragmatic and pro-active approach along with his technical understanding of on-site construction constraints contribute to the delivery of consistently reliable information.

Jason has created a well-respected practice which secures a majority of its business through word of mouth recommendation. His broad experience in both the public and private sectors means he has an invaluable base of construction and commercial knowledge that is used to benefit every project and Client.
Jemma is an architect with detailed experience of delivering residential and commercial new-build, refurbishment and Listed Building projects, and is someone who engages easily with the Design Team, Contractors and Clients equally. Every project is approached with the same enthusiasm, research and diligence, and a commitment to reliability throughout.
Lisa joined the team with great enthusiasm for applying her strong technical knowledge to a new range of complex and interesting projects. She develops clear and detailed information in close collaboration with each Client and other specialists, not only at the construction stage but also during the earlier design stages.

The day-to-day operation of the Plan A office is maintained by Natalie's calm diligence and attention to detail. She ensures the administration of the team resources and the office's finances, which are never less than clear and precise, and it is always done with a smile.
Paul has many years of experience in Residential, Public and Education sectors giving him a broad experience in design and project management. Paul's interest in balancing contemporary and traditional design, and enthusiastic engagement with each Client are a defining influence on the ethos of Plan A.
