As Chief People Officer at Pulsant, April leads the strategic and operational delivery of the people and culture agenda. She is responsible for developing and implementing initiatives that drive employee engagement and performance within a growing and changing environment.
April joined Lumison as HR Manager in 2006 before being part of the Pulsant acquisition journey in 2009 as Head of HR. April was appointed as Human Resources Director in 2013. Previously April worked within HR at John Menzies Group.
With over 20 years' specialist HR experience, April plays a pivotal role in Pulsant's Executive Leadership Team ensuring all programmes are aligned to business strategy and focus.

Ben joined Pulsant as its new Chief Operating Officer (COO) in September 2022 and is responsible for ensuring Pulsant delivers excellence for a fast-expanding client-base across Pulsant's national network of 12 interconnected data centres, edge and hybrid cloud platforms.
With two decades in the technology and telecoms industries, Ben brings a wealth of experience and strong strategic, commercial, and operational capabilities, leading teams to deliver results by focusing on operational excellence and improving the client's experience. As COO at MTI Technology Group - a position he held from 2017 until the present - he led service delivery, internal operations, commercial and legal functions. He is highly skilled in many areas of infrastructure and telecoms, including transformational change programmes and technical service delivery.

Brad, a qualified chartered accountant, has enjoyed an extensive career in finance roles in high growth companies, across the online, technology infrastructure and financial services worlds. Prior to joining Pulsant, Brad was CFO at Mercator Solutions, a Warburg Pincus backed software and BPO services provider to the aviation and shipping industries, where he helped to significantly transform and develop the business, before closing another major transaction for its private equity backers. Prior to this, he was CFO at Monitise plc for three years, a publicly quoted mobile payments company, and before that he held various senior finance roles at Telecity.
Mark joined Pulsant in 2022 to guide the development of the brands edge proposition and wider commercial growth. He is an experienced marketing strategist and digital marketing expert with a passion for customer insight.
With over twenty years of experience in technology marketing, Mark began his career at data networking innovator at 3Com Corporation and has held senior marketing positions at Vodafone, Sony and Criteo. He spent 5 years leading growth through corporate and field marketing at global data centre providers Interxion and Digital Realty.
Prior to joining Pulsant, he was responsible for the commercial development of data centre ecosystems business at Iron Mountain, leading a global team combining sales and product innovation.
Mark Turner - Chief Commercial Officer
Mark Turner is responsible for leading the sales, commercial and solution
Mike Hoy is responsible for delivering Pulsant's technology roadmap, underpinning the company's delivery of its platformEDGE infrastructure across its nationwide network of 12 interconnected data centres.
With more than two decades' experience in technical & operational leadership roles, he boasts a strong track record of establishing, nurturing, and spearheading teams to deliver on business objectives.
At Pulsant, he has overseen several large-scale infrastructure projects for clients, including a significant IT modernisation programme for the NHS. Having joined the company in June 2016, he managed service, infrastructure & technology teams before his appointment as Chief Technology Officer in June 2024.
Prior to Pulsant, he held the position of Service Director at Onyx Group and Knowledge IT, where he oversaw the delivery of IT services, encompassing technical support, network infrastructure, service delivery, and security.
Outside the office, Mike is an avid cyclist and an accredited Cycling Coach with British Cycling. He volunteers his time coaching young riders at Hetton Hawks Cycling Club and other regional cycling events.
Rob joined Pulsant in 2019 to guide strategic growth and improve our competitive stance in the market. He is committed to enabling customer transformation and improving our quality of service and support, ensuring your experience with us is the best it can be.
With almost 30 years in the industry, he has a wealth of leadership expertise in telecommunications, data centre and cloud services, including senior roles at Cable & Wireless and TelecityGroup. In his most recent role before joining Pulsant, Rob was managing director EMEA of Digital Realty, a data centre and colocation business headquartered in San Francisco, USA.

Victoria is a qualified chartered accountant and has an extensive 25 years of strategic, commercial, and transactional experience across a variety of corporate finance and investment positions. Her role at Pulsant involves developing our offering within the marketplace by seeking out and pursuing strategic growth opportunities, and therefore increasing the number of services we can provide you with.
Prior to joining Pulsant, Victoria was M&A Director for Digital Space (formerly Timico), a PE backed cloud and managed services company where she led the acquisition of their AWS public cloud practice. She has also spent time as an investment director at LDC, the private equity arm of Lloyds Banking Group, where she was on the board of several portfolio investment companies and in addition she was the Director of Corporate Finance at PwC for nearly 20 years.
