Azam is a Cambridge University graduate. He trained to be a Chartered Accountant with Deloittes where he spent fifteen years and was a Director in their Midlands Practice. "We enjoy working alongside you and see very little fun in taking a reactive, distant role. I'm responsible for the advisory side of the firm, concentrating on the issues that hold back your business and the things that cost you time and money. "The success of our own business depends entirely on how we help you to become successful yourself, so we work with you to create and carry out the actions that will lead to your success. I've been involved in hundreds of business situations and I bring that outside perspective and knowledge to your business." In Real Life - Azam is on the Board of Leicester University, Curve Theatre and Phoenix Arts and is a supporter of the arts. When he's not spending time with his family, he's a keen mountain trekker and advanced diver.

Zahir is a graduate of Kingston University and worked for Cap Gemini Ernst & Young in their IT consultancy business.
