AFFILIATED DEVELOPERS - Key Persons
Anthony Rankin holds a bachelor's of Science in Psychology & Marketing, dual Masters of Psychology in Organizational - Industrial & Behavioral - Cognitive, and holds a Real Estate Broker's license in two states. Mr. Rankin is responsible for raising pursuit and acquisition capital along with debt financing for Affiliated Developers. He has over 15 years of experience in financial and real estate consulting. Other areas of expertise would include equity syndication for commercial as well as residential properties.
Dawn LaFata holds a Masters of International Business Administration, Bachelors of Accountancy, and licensed as a Certified Public Accountant. Ms. LaFata has over 15 years of experience in public accounting, internal audit, international consulting, financial compliance, and is experienced lecturer of graduate accounting classes. Ms. LaFata is responsible for financial reporting, project management of the Section 42 application process, debt financing, underwriting, grant writing and asset management.
Kirk Bruce holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business & Marketing as well as a licensed Real Estate Broker. He has approximately 20 years of experience in conventional, residential apartment and tax credit multi-family developments. Mr. Bruce is responsible for identifying and underwriting prospective developments as well as asset management of the existing developments. Mr. Bruce is also responsible for financial management, compliance and reporting. Mr. Bruce is currently a CPM candidate and plans on having his CPM designation in the spring of 2022.

Matthew Wick holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and licensed as a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Property Manager, and Real Estate Broker. Mr. Wick has been intimately involved with both conventional, commercial and apartment development and tax credit multifamily developments for over 20 years. Mr. Wick, unfortunately, passed away in August of 2010.
