A.B.L.E. Family Services is a private provider for intellectually and developmentally delayed individuals in Texas with a Home and Community Service (HCS) eligibility. The program is a medicaid waiver program through the Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC), A.B.L.E. is fully certified by HHSC... Our goal is to ensure that individuals supported through A.B.L.E. services have the opportunities they choose and cherish. Our focus is on supporting people in their quest for personal growth, while staying "out of their way" so that ultimately they are able to live "their way".
