I am a graduate of Babson College, Wellesley, Massachusetts class of 1972 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance. I have 38 years of experience as an accounting professional, including positions as a Controller and in senior management for several different and diverse organizations over the years. I have held senior management positions in an automobile dealership, forklift sales, service and rental company, an aluminum window and door manufacturing company in residential construction, clothing manufacturer, entertainment touring company and an electronic component manufacturing company. I am a results orientated financial executive. I have significant experience in general ledger both setup and maintenance, financial reporting, tax preparation reporting, cash flow forecasting, budgeting and year end audit preparation.
