As a hiring manager he has had to hire numerous people for various positions. Throughout his career he has worked in Hotel and Restaurant, Banking, Real Estate, Aviation industry, Sport Recreation Services, Major Apparel stores and more. His broad experience across many fields has provided him the foundation that has helped hundreds of candidates. Throughout his career he has had the opportunity to interview many candidates and was able to see areas where people were coming up short on interviews. As a manager of many diverse industries has enable him to provide you with the tools you will need to succeed in the interview. At AIPS we look forward to helping you reach your dream.
Has been working in Human Resources for close to 14 years. In her position of Assistant Director of HR she is responsible for reviewing resumes, interviewing and hiring scores of candidates. She is currently an executive recruiter reviewing resumes and preparing candidates for interviews. She will have major responsibility for resume assessment and improvement. She will work with the rest of the team to polish your interview skills.
Originally an English major and teacher, she then spent 17 years working in HR for a major university and heath care centre. Her specialty was training and development of managers and staff with a heavy concentration on career planning and interview skills. She has conducted many workshops on interviewing and has coached individuals "one on one".
