Advanced Building Inspection is a husband/wife team with a NYS licensed home inspector with 22 years experience in residential and commercial property inspections. Our clients are welcome to be present and receive not only an education about their home but a same day 45-55 page report... With 50 years of experience in general contracting, house construction and remodeling, restoration and business management, Kevin and Coleen Tuttle started Advanced Building Inspection in 1999 with a vision to offer the public expert information about residential homes and commercial buildings. Our goal is to provide both advice and knowledge about the property mixed with a personal touch so that our client comes away feeling confident that they can make a truly "educated" decision about it knowing that the day they move in it feels like home.
