Founded in 2009 by Alex Bucher, P.E., Aegis provides professional civil engineering services for recycled water, wastewater, water, and related areas for cities, counties, and water districts in Southern California. Engineering services consist of planning, design, project engineering management, construction management, operations, and maintenance. The Aegis team includes experienced licensed civil engineers, licensed land surveyors, AWWA certified cross-connection control specialists, construction managers and technicians.
