Our founder and CEO, Mike Lynn, is a Nokesville, Virginia native who graduated from BDHS & studied soil science at Virginia Tech. Mike is recognized as a leader in the industry - appointed by the commissioner of health as the Chairman for the VA Department of Health Advisory Committee the past 13 years. Mike is past president and current board member for the Virginia Onsite Wastewater Association and has served on the State Leaders Committee at the national level. Mike has more than 35 years of industry experience and is a VA Licensed Professional Soil Scientist, septic system operator, soil evaluator and installer. Mike is very active in his community and gives back at every opportunity - volunteering with organizations like Youth for Tomorrow. Our staff is equally qualified and committed to our community representing and volunteering for many organizations and charities across Northern Virginia and abroad.
