David has been an entrepreneur and a guide for entrepreneurs throughout his adult life. After graduation from the University of Arizona, David started A Bridgewater Copy and Print. Remaining within the printing industry for the next 17 years, David next started In A Bind, and merged his operation with Action Fast Print. Action Fast Print became the second largest quick printer in New Jersey for 2002 -2004, according to NJBIZ. After successfully selling his business in October of 2005, David began offering workshops on unlocking the power of your employees. He also started Networking4connections, a consulting firm focused on teaching professionals how to win opportunities to promote their business to A clients. David is President and CEO of DGW and Associates. The company has launched The Practice Building Team, a consulting firm dedicated to helping professional firms accelerate their growth. Mr. Stanley Dobbs currently serves as Assistant Superintendent, Business of Hayward Unified School District in Northern California educating over 20,000 students with approximately 2,250 employees. As the leader of TEAM BUSINESS, his areas of oversight includes the Accounting, Budgeting, Payroll, Operations, Maintenance/Grounds, Custodial, Purchasing, Technology, Transportation, Child Nutrition, Strategic Risk and Facilities Departments. He also leads the Fiscal Integrity and Transparency Advisory Group and created the "Fiscal Solvency Solution Strategies" model that is being implemented successfully across the district. Mr. Dobbs is also a retired US Navy Commander who was responsible for the global operations and business management of over 200,000 personnel, 3,800 aircraft, 11 aircraft carriers, 29 air stations and executed an annual budget of over $40 billion dollars. His management strategies significantly increased mission readiness and resulted in a savings of over $1 billion. In July 2008, he was recognized in a Pentagon ceremony as the Military Logistics / Business Officer of the Year rated #1 of 7013 officers. Mr. Dobbs was also the recipient of the MIT Sloan School of Management's Pioneer Award for Information and Data Quality Engineering.
