The Arc of Warren County was founded in 1954 by parents, educators, and other interested individuals who recognized the need for a comprehensive program of service and support for their children who had intellectual and developmental disabilities... Established in 1998 to provide a continuum of funding to help assure the financial security of The Arc programs for people with IDD.
