Amy has been with ADVOCATE since 2012. In her role as Associate Vice President, her primary focus is to ensure efficient and seamless support for our clients within the operations team. She identifies and establishes improvement measures and policies that will enhance each operational department.
Prior to working at Advocate, Amy was employed with Nationwide Children's Hospital where she managed the billing and coding process for a group of physicians in multiple specialties. She was also employed with Ohio Workers Compensation as a Coding Auditor where she audited hospital and physician records to identify coding errors and provided provider education. Overall, Amy has over 24 years of experience in the medical field and has been a certified professional coder for over 15 years.
Amy is a member of RBMA, AAPC, and AHIMA. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Management with a minor in Health Care Administration from Ashford University.
Outside of work, Amy enjoys spending time with her family and encouraging her 2 daughters in the many activities they participate in.

Ashley has been with ADVOCATE since 2015 as the Human Resources Director. She oversees talent recruitment, employee training, incentives, team building, change management, strategic staff planning, benefits, and payroll. She also has a passion for helping to develop company culture and developing her staff.
Before joining ADVOCATE Ashley worked for a local venture capitalist providing HR services for multiple entities, and preceding her position there, she served in the military for nine years specializing in Human Resources and working as a paralegal.
Ashley holds a Bachelor of Science degree and an Associate of Science Degree from Franklin University. She is an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), the Human Resource Association of Central Ohio (HRACO), and the Employers Resource Association (ERA).
Outside of her profession, she enjoys spending with her family, being a mother, and is a snack enthusiast.
Becky has been with ADVOCATE since 2019 as the Chief Financial Officer. She is responsible for the overall financial strategy and direction of ADVOCATE. Within finance, she guides the controller, treasury, accounting, investor relations, internal audit, and tax functions to pursue the company's strategic plan and meet its client's needs.
Before joining ADVOCATE, Becky held previous CFO positions with Atlas Capital Services and AmeriClean Distributors. During her tenure, Becky was instrumental in the integration of multiple acquisitions, building financial support capabilities, and leading the HR and IT teams.
Becky received her BSBA in Accounting from The Ohio State University, her MBA from Capital University, and is a licensed CPA. She is also an active member of the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and is an Advisory Board Member for U.S. Bank
Becky lives in Grandview Heights, OH with her husband and daughter. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family especially when it's near a body of water, working out, watching football, and reading a good book as she sits on the beach with her toes in the sand. She is very thankful that her daughter continues to choose beach vacations over Disney vacations.

Gail has been with Advocate since 2014 and has the overall responsibility for the Client Relations Team. She provides leaderships to ensure our clients are receiving the best RCM service levels. Gail works to ensure the overall success of our client relationships and partners closely with our internal operations teams to optimize overall performance and ensure all key metrics are achieved.
Prior to her role as Associate Vice President of Client Relations, Gail was the Director of Client Relations, a Senior Client Manager, and a Financial Analyst. Having held various roles at ADVOCATE allows her to fully understand the needs of the clients from both a service and analytical perspective. She also works closely with ADVOCATE's content creation team and sales team.
Gail holds a bachelor's degree from Miami University and is a member of the RBMA.
Outside of work, Gail enjoys spending time with her husband and two dogs.

Jeff has been with ADVOCATE since 2018 and has overall responsibility for the Client Services Team. Mentoring and developing a client service team is not only part of Jeff's skillset, but part of Jeff's passion and allows him to deliver an even greater value to our clients and ensure their overall satisfaction.
He has over 30 years of experience managing Sales and Client Management teams for both large and small companies in diverse industries such as technology, banking, and distribution.
Jeff has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration from The Ohio State University. He is also an active member of RBMA.
In his free time, Jeff enjoys spending time with his four daughters, his son-in-law, and his two granddaughters. In addition, he is a passionate supporter of Ohio State athletic teams as well as college football overall. He also enjoys golfing and travel.

Kirk founded ADVOCATE in 1998. As President and Chief Development Officer Kirk focuses on new business development, marketing, and revenue strategy management. He is a highly recognized healthcare executive and is known for identifying future trends and as an innovator in developing and providing value-added technology-enabled RCM solutions.
Before starting ADVOCATE, he served as Vice President of Operations for a privately held RCM provider, Medical Management Sciences, where he led operations and client relationship management for the northeast and mid-west regions.
Kirk holds a BS in Accounting from the University of Maryland and is a CPA. Kirk is active in both the HBMA and RBMA.
Kirk enjoys spending time with family, Skiing, traveling, and biking.
Leo has been with PPMC, an ADVOCATE company, since 1996. As President of PPMC Leo provides revenue cycle and practice management services to physician practices in the Maine Division.
Prior to ADVOCATE, Leo was employed with Medaphis Physician Services from 1989-1995, where he served as Director of Practice Management. In 1996 he joined Physicians Professional Management Corp (PPMC) providing accounts receivable, practice management services to physician practices, and oversight of operations. In 2019 when PPMC merged with ADVOCATE Leo was named President of ADVOCATE RCM Maine Division
Leo is a member of the RBMA and has obtained an MBA.
Leo was born in Maine where he and his wife raised their family. When he is not serving his ADVOCATE team and clients he enjoys participating in many athletic pursuits including, but not limited to Ice Hockey, Alpine Skiing, Nordic Skiing, Hiding, Tennis, and Swimming.

Mike joined ADVOCATE in 2021 as the Chief Information Officer. He oversees all IT implementation, Business Intelligence, Cybersecurity, and Infrastructure. He provides leadership in software development, technology strategy and budgeting, and developing analytical technology solutions.
Prior to ADVOCATE he has 25+ years of technology-related experience, as well as 20+ years of leadership and development, and has held multiple leadership roles in multiple healthcare systems.
Mike received his BA in Business, Master of Business Administration, and his Master of Organizational Management from Bluffton University, along with additional studies in Computer Science at Bowling Green University.
Outside of work, Mike is an avid sports fan, and roots for the Ohio State Buckeyes and Cleveland Browns. Mike has been married to his wife Angie for 25 years and loves to cheer on his kids, as they are active in many sports. When not at sporting events, he enjoys cookouts, playing golf, and spending quality time with his family.

Pete has been with ADVOCATE since 2012 as the Senior VP of Business Development. He is responsible for leading ADVOCATE'S new Business Development efforts with prospective clients throughout the US.
Prior to joining ADVOCATE, Pete worked extensively in the medical device and pharmaceutical industry presenting new leading-edge technologies and therapeutic treatments to physicians, patients, and hospital executives.
Pete is an active long-time member of the RBMA, currently serving on the National Board, is President of the Ohio Chapter, and also serves as treasurer for the Northeast Chapter Board. Pete is a graduate of West Chester University in Pennsylvania.
Outside of work Pete enjoys spending time with his family, staying competitive through various activities, and is also an avid reader.
Sarah has been with ADVOCATE since 2005. As COO, she provides leadership, direction, and serves as a resource for the client-centric aspects of the business - operations, client management, and technology. Sarah's goal is to drive the business forward and continue to provide exceptional results for Advocate and our clients.
Sarah has been involved with every operational department at ADVOCATE, as well as implementation and sales. This valuable insight and expertise of the entire billing process assists in her execution of RCM strategies throughout the organization.
Sarah holds a bachelor's degree from Ohio University and is an active member of both the RBMA and HMBA.
Outside of work Sarah enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, as well as anything related to athletics.
Todd serves as the CEO for Advocate RCM. Prior to joining the Advocate team in 2019, Todd began his healthcare career clinically as an RN before transitioning to the administrative side of medicine approximately 25 years ago, gaining experience in operational, fiscal, and compliance aspects of physician groups and hospital specialty departments. In 2007 he formed Comprehensive Healthcare Advisors (CHA) after serving as Managing Director of Healthcare for a large accounting firm. In 2010, CHA merged with MedComm Billing Consultants and Todd assumed executive management responsibilities for both entities.
In 2019 MedComm merged with Advocate and exists today as the Advocate Anesthesia and Multispecialty Division. As CEO, Todd is integrally involved in Advocate's operations and client service across all specialties. In addition to more than 20 years of revenue cycle experience, Todd has also consulted in areas of practice management, practice assessments, strategic planning, organizational development, business continuity planning, buy/sell shareholder arrangements, income distribution modeling, governance, mergers and acquisitions, physician involved joint ventures, as well as regulatory/legal compliance (corporate, JCAHO, HIPAA).
Todd attended West Virginia State University and the University of Charleston for Business Administration and Nursing.
In Todd's free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters. He is also involved in the collector car hobby with his father, focusing mostly on the 60s and 70s muscle cars he grew up with. Todd is also an avid sports fan and supports his local team- Go Buckeyes!
