Francis R. Mulé

Frank earned his J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law and his Bachelor of Science degree with highest honors from the Rochester Institute of Technology, where he majored in public policy with minors in American politics and Italian. Frank concentrates his practice in estate and tax planning and estate and trust administration. He is adept at working together with clients and their advisors throughout the planning process to construct estate plans which fulfill the client's wishes in a tax efficient manner. Frank also counsels clients during the estate administration process, and is skilled at preparing the necessary probate documents as well as federal and Massachusetts estate tax returns. As a member of the LGBTQ community, he is particularly sensitive to the needs and concerns of LGBTQ clients, as well as the special considerations involved in planning for non-traditional families. Frank has substantial experience in elder law and has advised clients regarding long term care planning. Frank is licensed to practice in Massachusetts and New York. He is actively involved with the Massachusetts legal community as a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association (where he currently sits on the Probate Section Council and serves as the Chair of the Young Lawyers Division), as a Foundation Fellow with the Massachusetts Bar Foundation, and as a member of the Massachusetts LGBTQ Bar Association.

Jillian Wickman Robillard received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of New Hampshire and earned her J.D. from Suffolk University Law School, graduating summa cum laude from both institutions. While at Suffolk, Jill was a contributor to the Journal of Health and Biomedial Law and was a Student Attorney in the Housing Clinic. Mariel B. Rheingold

Mariel Rheingold earned her Bachelors of Arts degree from New England College in Legal Studies, magna cum laude. She went on to earn her J.D. from Suffolk University Law School. During her time there, she assisted in managing Trusts and Estate Professor Charles Rounds' LinkedIn Blog "Loring and Rounds: A Trustee's Handbook". Mariel's practice is focused on estate planning, assisting both individuals and families in complex estate plans and advanced planning options. Additionally, she has experience with creating the real estate documentation in connection with the estate plan, as well as conveyancing. Michael A. Bass

MICHAEL A. BASS is a graduate of the University of Vermont and the New England School of Law. He holds an LL.M degree in Taxation from the Graduate Tax Program at Boston University School of Law. He is admitted to the Massachusetts, Florida and New Hampshire Bars and is licensed to practice before the U.S. Tax Court, the U.S. District Court and the U.S. Court of Appeals. Michael represents successful individuals, families and closely-held businesses in the areas of sophisticated estate planning, business succession, tax law, planned charitable giving and trust and probate administration. In addition, he provides guidance and counsel to clients with their real estate ventures and business transactions. As a trusted advisor he is frequently called upon to serve as Executor or Trustee to oversee the administration of complex probate estates and trusts, including those holding significant business, real estate and financial assets. Michael is actively involved with the Boston Estate Planning Council where he served on the Board of Directors for many years. He currently sits on the Boards of several public and private charitable organizations which are committed to benefiting medical research, the arts and overall community well being. Michael teaches a course on Estate Planning at Boston University School of Law, Graduate Tax Program. He is a frequent lecturer on a variety of Estate Planning and Business Planning topics for Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education and for other professional organizations. Nicole also holds a B.A. from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in English Literature. She is licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Nicole focuses her practice on estate planning and estate administration. She provides guidance to clients on crafting estate plans that maximize the tax efficient transfer of wealth to future generations while at the same time addressing the needs of each individual's unique circumstances.
