Erin Maag has been with The Bouma Corporation since 2015. She provides administrative and estimating support to the preconstruction and estimating department, playing a critical role in executing the flow of documents and information throughout a project's life, as well as, developing her mastery in estimation. Erin brings experience from many different administrative and event planning roles with companies such as SeyferthPR and Paws with a Cause. Erin Maag received her Associate's Degree from Lansing Community College. She is currently involved with Grand Rapids Young Professionals, National Association of Women in Construction, and is on the ABC Excellence In Construction Award committee.

Jeff Johnson

Jeff has been with Bouma since 2002, and he works at the Traverse City location. Prior to being directly hired, he was a subcontractor for Bouma for 15 years while serving as part owner of Johnson's Son's Ceramic Tile and Marble Installers. Jeff serves as a project manager, an estimator for drywall, metal studs, acoustics, EIFS / DEIFS, and specializes in flooring.

As Project Manager, Joe works closely with support from the team assistants, job leaders, estimators, and accounting department. He provides the leadership required to execute multiple projects. He oversees job setup, cost estimates/forecasting, material acquisition, submittals, schedules, quality, billings, and project closeouts, all while keeping the team focused and working productively.

Rob Baller became part of The Bouma Corporation Traverse City team in 1998 working as a laborer on The Inn at Bay Harbor project. He advanced to crew leader in 2015, job leader in 2021, and project manager in 2023. Rob utilizes his extensive experience and knowledge ensuring all aspects of each job are completed within schedule and budget while providing the Bouma quality craftsmanship. Rob works with company representatives, project leaders, project engineers, estimators, accounting and the executive team promoting communication throughout the scope of the project. Rob has a Certificate of Management from Davenport University. He also is OSHA 30 certified and American Heart Association First Aid/CPR certified. Rob is a member of Bouma's Safety Committee and Communication Group. Outside of work, he usually spends his time with his family enjoying the many Northern Michigan outdoor activities.

Scott Wisner

As Field Superintendent, Scott schedules and coordinates the activity of our field employees. He organizes the workforce staffing for all of Bouma's jobs in Western Michigan and provides oversight to ensure manpower needs are met. Scott regularly makes site visits to ensure work is performed in a safe and timely manner that follows project specifications. Scott began his construction career in residential interior finishing before launching into the commercial interior finishing trade in 2003. He has completed coursework in both Construction Business Management and Architectural Design. He holds the following certifications: OSHA 10, scaffold, crane, rigging, signaling, lifts, and Basic Life Support (BLS). He is licensed by the State of Michigan as a medical first responder. In his spare time, he serves with the Courtland Fire Department as an on-call volunteer firefighter, is an avid woodworker, and enjoys spending time with his wife and two children.

Tyler Bouma

Tyler began his career with The Bouma Corporation in 1999 as a carpenter in the field. In 2005, he moved into the office and began working as an estimator. After proving himself as an estimator and working closely on a large scale project in Grand Rapids supporting the project team, Tyler became a project manager in 2007. He then took on the role of Director of Operations for Bouma Corp Grand Rapids as well as managing projects for key accounts. In 2022, Tyler took on a new role as Director of Workforce Development, to focus on the recruitment and development of the Bouma Corp field workforce. He is also a member of the Bouma management team. Tyler graduated from Grand Valley State University with an education in Business Management. He is certified in Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and CPR. He is also Project Management (PMI) trained and has his State of California Contractors License. Tyler is involved with Associated Builders and Contractors of West Michigan (ABC) and American Subcontractors Association of Michigan (ASA)
