C&F - Key Persons

Chris graduated from Lancaster Catholic High School and attended Millersville University. His passion for new home construction has enabled him and his brother to have a hands on approach with all aspects of the building process from design and stake-out through unlimited custom features.

Fabio is a graduate from Lancaster Catholic High School as well as Millersville University where he received a a B.S. degree in Business Administration. Together with his brother, he has constructed between 30 and 50 homes on average per year and have had numerous entries in the Parade of Homes which have received awards.
