In his spare time, Adolphus loves spending time with his family and close friends. He also enjoys attending church, martial arts, traveling, reading great self-help books, drag racing, and watching football.
Aric has been involved in the ownership and brokerage of real estate for over 30 years. He brings an extensive knowledge of real estate and construction. His involvement with CapStar Commercial Realty includes commercial sales and leasing, property management, and tenant improvements. Over the years Aric has built dozens of custom homes throughout the Metro-Washington area, and been involved in the development of both residential and commercial projects throughout several counties in the surrounding areas. He also served as the President of Classic Home Builders in the early 1980's through the late 1990's where he purchased both distressed and historic properties for renovation. His expertise in historic preservation awarded Aric the Historic Restoration of the Year Award for the "Sycamore Acres" project in Montgomery County, Maryland. Born and raised in Maryland, Aric earned a B.S. in Business from the University of Maryland and resides with his wife in Olney, Maryland. He is an avid tennis player, has been a Big Brother for 20 years, and enjoys spending his free time in Southwest Florida with friends and family.

Cori Simmons is the General Property Manager at CapStar Commercial Realty. Ms. Simmons has over fifteen years of experience in commercial property and construction project management. Ms. Simmons joined CapStar in 2016 and currently oversees a portfolio of office, retail, industrial and residential properties in Maryland, District of Columbia and Virginia. Ms. Simmons is also a Maryland License Real Estate Agent.

Greg has been actively involved in commercial real estate transactions since 2008. His focus is on Tenant Representation Services on array of retail, office clients in the Washington Metro area. Born in South Korea, Greg speaks fluent Korean and established personal relationship with the members of Korean Community in Annandale market since 1990. Greg has Masters Degree in Engineering Management from the George Washington University.

John Lin - CEO, President
A native of New York State, I have lived in Maryland since 1971. I graduated Summa Cum Laude from the State University of New York at Brockport and have a Master's Degree from the University of Maryland. I have been a licensed real estate agent in the state of Maryland since 1987. I joined CapStar Commercial Realty in 2015 and serve in an administrative capacity to the President, John Lin. I am proficient in the marketing of property listings through multiple web sites as well as print advertising. In addition, I am in charge of customer service.
Since joining CapStar in early 2013, Lucas Glaeser has proven to be a charismatic sales and leasing consultant dedicated to helping his clients achieve their goals as efficiently and thoughtfully as possible. He skillfully represents Tenants and Landlords with Office, Retail, and Industrial properties in Washington, D.C. and the surrounding metropolitan areas.
