Allie boasts over a decade of dedicated experience in the dynamic realm of restaurant technology, during which she has played a pivotal role in fortifying the service departments at Custom Business Solutions, Inc. In her present capacity, she adeptly oversees the professional service teams, orchestrating the seamless implementation of cutting-edge technology solutions. Her unwavering zeal for nurturing both individuals and the finely-tuned processes that empower her teams stands as a testament to her unwavering commitment to excellence.
Anthony oversees the software product and development efforts, our cloud and on-premises infrastructure, and works with our partners and customers to ensure that our software meets their needs. He has deep cloud experience as well as experience with Point of Sale, back-office, and labor management software in restaurant, hospitality, and grocery stores. He loves delighting customers and partners with reliable and easy-to-use software that drives results in an industry that is continuously evolving.
Art sets the vision, the direction and the example for all of CBS. With more than 30 years in the restaurant technology industry, he clearly understands the challenges today's operators face. Art has been the innovator behind technology products that make a positive impact on the restaurant's bottom line and the all-important guest experience.
Jeremy grew up in the business and has worked in every department. He has spent time in Support where he was on the front lines doing installs and solving customer problems. Later he moved into a sales and product development role and today Jeremy's focus is on customer acquisition and successful product deployment
A true ops guy at heart with close to 30 years in the restaurant and hospitality business, Rick has a passion for people, processes and productivity. He leads the operations team which includes Staging & Configuration, Depot and Field services, Procurement, eCommerce, and Internal IT. As a previous client of and consultant for CBS, he is aware of the needs for all involved to execute efficiently and strives to deliver a positive experience day in and day out.
