Camille M. Francis is the Founder and President of Chameleon Entertainment and Power On Events. She is an entrepreneur, educator, and motivational speaker. Camille developed a desire for the arts at a very young age. She's acted in plays, sung in both school and church choirs, as well as participated in various dance performances. Although having a quiet nature, she would use her love for entertaining as a tool to encourage herself and others. Her ever-growing interest in creating events began to re-mold her. Having developed her faith at an early age, Camille has always believed that with God as her source, she could accomplish anything. As a teen, Camille became a mentor at her local Boys & Girls Club. She made friends easily, which gave her a platform of trust with other youth, helping them to deal with some of the same setbacks she too, had experienced. There, she would also assist in putting together programs as fundraisers for the organization and other youth events all the while being a model of faith and careful to maintain her educational goals. Camille was part of the National Honors Society of Northland High School in Columbus, Ohio and went on to receive an Associates Degree from Columbus State Community College. She is currently pursuing her degree in Communications at The Ohio State University. Camille celebrated one of her biggest accomplishments to date when she founded Chameleon Entertainment, LLC., whose foundation stands on believing, and empowering personal success and dream building. Supporting events and causes that focus on changing lives and making a difference are of great importance to both her and the company. Still driven by that love for youth, Camille now serves as a mentor and provides entertainment consulting and motivational speaking for a variety of organizations. She has garnered the support of major companies such as Nationwide Children's Hospital and Cleveland Cavaliers. In addition, Camille gives back by way of volunteer work with various events within her community.
