Breta Erwin

Breta Erwin has many roles at CFH. In addition to being the office receptionist she is also Administrative Assistant to the Finance Team and handles various clerical work for the office. She is an avid reader and likes to spend time with her family on her days off.

Dennis Miller

Job Titles:
  • Project Manager
  • Superintendent
Having a long history in the construction field Dennis has held nearly every position at one time. From laborer to framer to Assistant Superintendent to his current position as Project Manager at CFH. He has worked on apartments, custom houses, commercial builds, small remodels, large MRPs and new buildings and has been with the company for over 10 years. When not at work he enjoys spending time with his family and grandchildren.

Jeramy Abbott

  • Director of Operations / Field Director
As a 24 year veteran in the field as a carpenter and a superintendent in the Indianapolis and surrounding areas, Jeramy brought a lot to the table when he joined CFH in 2014 and has since worked his way up to Director of operations in the company. He has been a key ingredient into the recipe of success that CFH has had over the years helping the company build long lasting relationships with their respected clients. He brings a strong positive influence to every project with his will to succeed. In his spare time, Jeramy enjoys fishing and boating and is happily married. He also loves to spend time with his three daughters and eight grandchildren.

Joe Haney

Joe Haney has been with CFH since the very beginning. A core member of the team Joe has supervised a whopping 60+ restaurant and residential remodels and completed over 20 new restaurant builds. He has extensive experience in all things construction related.

John Harris

John Harris has over 18 years of experience in commercial construction specializing in restaurant and national retail projects.

Lee Peacock

Job Titles:
  • Project Coordinator
As Project Coordinator it is Lee's job to Compile, Manage, and Distribute Project Information from our customers to and from the Project Managers and company associates in the field. He also coordinates project specific management of ordered and delivered materials and Subcontract Personnel to Job Sites. His ability to manage and balance many aspects of an individual job make him a valued asset at CFH. Before joining CFH Lee worked as Production Specialist for Tribune Communications. He also attended Seminole State College and Vincennes University. When not at work Lee enjoys spending time with his family and repairing vintage automobiles.

Mario Lopez

Mario has been a trusted member of our team for over 16 years. Before moving to Indianapolis Mario lived and worked in Mexico as a fork lift operator and in various construction jobs. After joining CFH he has worked his way up to Site Supervisor and is a highly skilled carpenter. Mario is an avid sports fan. Particularly of soccer and basketball.

Mark Blake

Mark Blake is a certified welder and fabricator who has been with CFH for over 10 years. As Site Superintendent he has supervised numerous projects from new builds to major remodels all over the state. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his family and granddaughter.

Micah Brewer - COO

The Director of Operations at CFH, Micah Brewer has been with the company for over 13 years. As Director of Operations he is the head of Project Management as well as Sales. An expert carpenter, craftsman and project leader he is a key figure in the company and responsible for much of the company's success. Micah holds a Bachelors degree in Construction Management from Purdue University. He is a dad to 4 kids and enjoys hunting and fishing on his time off.

Michael Sirni

  • Safety Director for CFH and Has Been
Michael Sirni is the Safety Director for CFH and has been with the company for over 7 years. He is also the Fleet Manager and Asset Manager. As Safety Manager Michael oversees the general health and safety policies and procedures of the company. He ensures the workplace is in compliance with OSHA and state, local, and industry specific regulations. Michael is certified in D.O.T Inspection, First Aid/CPR, Bloodborne Pathogens, OSHA 10HR and OSHA 30HR. He is also a certified First Aid/CPR Instructor. Michael is a valued member of our team and is a proud husband and father who enjoys going fishing and spending time with his family and grandson.

Ron Manifold

Ron Manifold has worked in the construction industry for over 40 years. Since joining CFH in 2018 his experience has made him one of the top Supervisors at the company. Ron is VP of the non-profit Mooreland Free Fair and has worked for over 61 years to give back to his home town and community. His generosity and kindness is well known to those who have ever worked with him. When not at work or devoting time to community projects Ron enjoys riding motorcycles and spending time with his family and grandkids.

Steven Jones

The most recent addition to the CFH team, Steven Jones brings with him over 30 years experience in the construction business. Having owned his own construction company Steven has been involved in every aspect of the business of residential and commercial construction. Steven enjoys spending time with his kids and spending time outdoors fishing, camping and hunting.

Tatum Deffinger

Job Titles:
  • Project Coordinator
Tatum has been with CFH for over 10 years. In that time she has gone from being the Front Office Receptionist, to Payroll, Accounts Payable/Receivable, to managing employee health insurance, new hire orientation and paperwork, to various other duties. She currently is a Project Coordinator, handles Master Contracts, Supplementals, COI(s) and more. Tatum is a 9 year cancer survivor who's strong faith and devotion to family are key components to who she is. A wife, a mother, and much more, her commitment and strength of character have made her a valued and central member of the CFH team.

Tony Whittaker

Having over 30 years experience as a professional carpenter Tony started out doing carpentry for CFH before eventually working his way up to Superintendent. Tony is an outdoorsman who enjoys spending time with his two sons boating and camping.

Vernon Miniard

  • Shop Foreman
Vernon Miniard has been with CFH for over 14 years. A drywall specialist he was originally hired to install drywall but his expert ability to build and fix anything quickly led to him becoming shop foreman. Today Vernon works on everything from countertops to windowsills for our clients.

Zach McCain

Job Titles:
  • Digital Communications Manager
Zach began working for CFH in 2021 after moving from Texas to Indiana. Having experience in print and web design his first task was to revamp the company website. In addition to the website Zach also manages the different social media accounts for the company. As Digital Communications Manager he is also responsible for advertising and attracting new clients. Before joining CFH Zach was an internationally published illustrator and graphic designer. His dependability and quality of work have built ongoing business relationships with writers, directors, producers and publishers that have lasted for over 20 years. He and his wife have two children and are currently enjoying the milder Indiana climate.
