Allison graduated from Endicott College in 2020 with her Bachelors in Marketing Communication. During her studies, Allison worked in restaurants and the hospitality industry where she got her first taste of working different styles of events in high volume, fast paced environments. After a few years working in Public Relations, Allison found herself vying for a more hands-on, active role that brought back interpersonal relationships. She joined Charles River Boat Company in April 2023 and it quickly became a perfect fit! Allison thrives working out on the water during events, making sure all details are in place and building new relationships with guests, even if it is just for a brief evening.
In her free time, she can be found at the beach, fun restaurants with friends or racing on the go-kart track!
Anne-Marie is thrilled to work for the Charles River Boat Company, where she can combine her love of the water, meeting new people, and helping groups create unforgettable memories. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for exceptional service, she ensures every event is a unique experience.
When she's out of the office, Anne-Marie enjoys traveling and spending quality time with her grown children whenever possible. She is a Montreal native, fluent in both English and French, adding a valuable international perspective to the team.
Growing up around the family business, Cecily enjoyed having her birthday parties on board the boats and worked at the company as a crew member during her summer breaks. After graduating from Connecticut College in 2015, she started at Merrill Lynch in private wealth management. Cecily came back to CRBC full time in 2017 and has been loving planning events and working on board the six different boats ever since. Her favorite part about the job is working with clients to plan their events and watching them come to life alongside our amazing crew.
When Cecily is not working, she loves spending time on the water with her husband, Ben, skiing, and playing pickleball with her friends. She is on the board of her high school, Holderness School, and is heavily involved with the Vincent Club, which supports Women's Health at MGH.

With her background in musical theatre, Dayna always knew she wanted to create amazing experiences. It wasn't until she started planning her own wedding that she realized events were just like putting on a show. When you hit the right mix of emotion, design and personal touch, the magic happens! This connection mixed with her extensive background in bar management in both New York City and Los Angeles led her to finding her place in the event industry here in Boston. Working for a catering company allowed her to hone in on her food and beverage knowledge and she is now thrilled to put this to use with events out on the water. While weddings are how she started, Dayna loves any reason to party. There is nothing better than celebrating something special with great food, amazing drinks and a busy dancefloor! Onboard, she loves to take in both views of the celebration and the incredible Boston skyline!
Dayna loves spending time laughing with her husband and son, checking out a great concert and exploring the world one road trip at a time!
Eliza helped Russell start the Charles River Boat Company in July 1990, the same summer they were married. With a background in retail management, Eliza started in charter sales building friendships with returning clients. After 3 years in sales, she stepped out to raise three children and volunteer her time with schools, church and Children's Hospital fundraising. In recent years, Eliza has returned to lead our floral design team, and creates beautiful flower arrangements on all of the boats!

Georgie started planning and coordinating weddings and events back in 2018. After graduating with a degree in Managing for Sustainability from McGill University in Montreal, she moved to Boston and joined our team in 2021. Georgie has loved weddings for as long as she can remember! While she might shed a few tears watching your ceremony onboard, her actual favorite part of the wedding day is watching the couple, surrounded by their loved ones, let loose and enjoy the day that they have been planning for months… and of course when the dance floor opens!
Georgie loves spending all her time by the water. When she's not at the beach or the lake, she can be found reading, crafting and singing Broadway songs to anyone who will listen!

From a young age you could find Gibson crawling around the boats with his dad. His passion for boats and spending time on the water only continued to grow so it was no surprise that he got his 100 Ton Master Captain's License as soon as he was eligible. One of Gibson's favorite aspects of his job is working within a close-knit team environment, where everyone works together towards a common goal. He takes great pride in his work and enjoys sharing his knowledge and experience with his colleagues. Gibson has cruised on different boats all around the world but is happiest cruising the local waters around Boston.
When Gibson isn't on the water, you can find him spending time with his beloved puppy, Wallace. Gibson also loves to be outdoors, whether fishing, flying, skiing or hiking he is always up for an adventure!
Kaitlin joined our team in 2022 after graduating from Johnson and Wales University with a degree in Hospitality Management. After starting her career in the Restaurant industry, she soon discovered her interest in events. While she's still a foodie at heart, Kaitlin began planning and coordinating events in 2019. Her favorite part of events is that it can take you places you never thought you'd be and you get to meet people you wouldn't ordinarily get to meet.
When she's not on the boat or in the office, Kaitlin loves to travel, ski, and go to the beach!
Kelley has worked for Charles River Boat Company since graduating from Salem State College with a degree in Business Administration in 1995. She began in the Sales Department before moving into her current position of Controller. She is proud of being involved with the growth of the company in the many years she has worked for CRBC. Kelley is in charge of many of the business aspects of the company including Financial and Human Resources. Although her position is behind the scenes, Kelley enjoys interacting with clients while seeing off the cruises.
While her children were in school, Kelley was highly involved with volunteering in the public schools within her city. Kelley's favorite thing is spending time with her husband David and children Kyra, Meeghan and Dillon.

Lili embarked on her journey in the events industry in 2022. After earning her degree in psychology with a minor in business from UMass Amherst in 2023, she redirected her career path towards event management, obtaining certification in Event Planning and Management. In early 2024, Lili made the move to Boston, joining the dynamic team at Charles River Boat Company. She finds immense satisfaction in turning her clients' dreams into reality through careful attention to detail and organization.
During her free time, Lili finds joy in soaking up the sun on the beach with a captivating book, staying active, or exploring new culinary delights at local restaurants.

Macoy started working in events in 2020. She graduated from The University of Vermont with a degree in Business Administration, focusing on marketing and sustainable business. Shortly after, she moved to Boston and joined our team in 2022! Macoy loves helping her client's visions come to life. Her drive for organization and creativity allows her to make each event truly unique. She knows that no matter the event, it is an important day for her and her client!
Outside of the office, you can find Macoy hiking and getting outside! She also loves to be creative and make pottery!
Melissa joined the Charles River Boat Company team back in 2013 the summer after graduating from Boston University. What was planned to be a quick Summer job, turned into an unbelievable love of boating and a constantly growing passion for sales and events! Her favorite parts of working in events is building relationships with clients and seeing their visions come to life. She also loves training and motivating the dynamic sales team to provide the best customer experience possible!

Rob's love for the water began after attending a summer camp where he learned to sail a Sunfish and later joined his high school sailing team. After graduating from the Massachusetts Maritime Academy, he spent a decade at sea as a Merchant Mariner, traveling through the western Pacific Ocean and visiting over 50 countries in his career. In 2023, he joined the Charles River Boat Company, seeking a career closer to home. His favorite boat is the Henry Longfellow.
In his spare time, Rob enjoys sketching, training in martial arts, and taking his dog Chewy on long walks.
Russell founded the Charles River Boat Company in 1990 with his new bride Eliza. He had previously been the General Manager of the Seaport Cruise Line in New York City and the Spirit of Boston. Taking a pleasure boat trip on the Charles River in 1989, he was awed by the beauty and history of the Charles River and set out to start his own company. Today, the company has grown to six boats and has become a true family business. "I feel very grateful that we have had such great community and family support."

Sean joined the Charles River Boat Company in 2019 as a Captain. Sean grew up on his family boat that they dock in Salem, MA. He earned his Captain license at the age of 18, eager to join his dad in driving boats in Boston Harbor. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Marine Science from Eckerd College.
In his spare time, he teaches a high school fellowship class that encourages young adults to pursue careers in marine and environmental sciences. Sean's favorite boat is the Charles I because he married his wife Elizabeth aboard this boat on the 4th of July under the Boston fireworks show. Sean and Elizabeth have a cat named Max.
