Alaina comes from a background of office and warehouse management where she managed a construction company for 10 years. During that time she gained experience in all aspects of business operations but excelled in her relationships with her clients and in accounting. Though she may not need her forklift certificate at Clarity Ventures, her prior experience has contributed to her efficiency in her role as Project Management Coordinator as well as in assisting with clients and team members.

Alex Stepanian

Alex has spent the past decade solving problems of all shapes and sizes.  He has worked on many teams, large and small, across the country in the manufacturing industry.  Having prior experience working with ERP systems within a large, complex organization, he understands the value of Clarity's products and is proud to be part of a team that can provide custom solutions to clients.

Autumn has been a research assistant for a Cognitive Psychology lab, a freelance writer and editor, and now, a content writer at Clarity Ventures. Writing has always been a passion of hers, and since joining the Clarity team, she's also discovered a knack for UX and content design. Clarity gives Autumn the opportunity to develop new skillsets, get her writing into the world, and work on a variety of exciting projects with amazing team members.

Brooke obtained a degree in Psychology from San Diego State University and started her career working for the Arizona Department of Child Safety. She soon realized this path pulled at her heart strings a little too much and pivoted into the dental world. After providing consultations for new patients in the dental office and working as data entry at a dental lab, she decided she wanted to make a bigger impact with her career. Passionate about learning, she completed a Full-Stack Web Development Bootcamp, and landed a role as a Web Administrator/IT Support. The lack of training and documentation in this role made her realize its importance. Clarity has given her the opportunity to streamline their training and certification process.

Caroline Suh

Caroline graduated from University of Texas at Austin with a degree in Philosophy and started her career at the American Cancer Society's National Cancer Information Center. During her 5 years there, she honed her skills in attention to detail, time management, and process optimization which led to pursuing more operational roles. As a member of the Operations team, Caroline helps assist with the company's daily operations, recruiting efforts, and administrative tasks.

With Clarity Ventures, Chris has successfully delivered on 500+ projects for clients ranging from Fortune 500s to entrepreneurs. His expertise has enabled him to deliver on intensive eCommerce and backend integration sites, multilingual sites, mobile friendly sites, and search engine optimized sites.

Craig Bauer

His array of skills center on visual design and user experience, but his experience touches nearly all elements of modern website development. Craig helps to build a cohesive bond between our development teams, clients, and project managers.
