Al brings many years of experience to our team. After serving in the U.S. Navy, he began his career as a bond broker in Little Rock, then moved to California where he headed his own boutique investment company assisting retail clients while working closely with their estate planning attorneys and accountants. He currently focuses on portfolio management, estate planning, long-term care programs and annuities.
In addition to being a Certified Financial Planner™ certificant, Al's licenses include Series 7: General Securities Representative, Series 24: General Securities Principal and Series 65: Investment Advisor Representative. He also holds life insurance licenses in Arkansas, California and Texas.
Al enjoys spending time with family, playing guitar and singing, and restoring classic cars. He is passionate about veterans' causes and volunteers at the VA Hospital teaching guitar lessons and providing guitars to veterans in the PTSD program.

Alex's primary focus is on understanding and meeting the investment needs of individuals in and around Searcy, Arkansas. Having grown up in Searcy, Alex and his family know the people and area well. Specifically, Alex assists investors with college savings plans, IRAs and 401K rollovers. He also has a special interest in tax-advantaged investing via Arkansas municipal bonds. Clients in Searcy and surrounding areas of White County will benefit from Alex's education and his experience on the municipal bond floor. A graduate of Harding University, Alex focused on professional sales and earned a BBA in marketing. Alex maintains all appropriate licenses with the states of Arkansas, Alabama, Texas and Tennessee and with national regulatory agencies.

As a financial advisor for Crews, Allen provides investment knowledge to families and businesses in Northwest Arkansas and the surrounding areas. He makes it a priority to work in a manner that is worthy of every client's trust.
Allen and his family are excited to be living in Northwest Arkansas, where Allen continues to provide investment services to his customers at Crews - as he has for more than three decades in securities trading from the firm's corporate headquarters. He has also worked in various sales and trading capacities that include U.S. Treasury and Agency sales, municipal bond sales, and retail and institutional financial product sales.
Allen graduated from Southeast Missouri State. He maintains all appropriate licenses and registries with state and national regulatory agencies, and he is licensed to serve clients in Arkansas, Arizona, California, Florida, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Missouri, Oklahoma and Texas. In his free time, he enjoys golfing, fishing and boating.

Alyssa serves as an analyst for the Capital Markets team. As an analyst, she works with the Capital Markets bankers in a variety of aspects of a municipal bond transaction, including the pricing, structuring and reviewing of documents. Alyssa also works with our sales and trading teams to provide analytics and support to our sales professionals. Before joining the Capital Markets team, Alyssa was a registered sales assistant on our trading floor. She maintains her Series 7 and Series 63 licenses.
Prior to earning her degree in accounting from the University of Arkansas, Alyssa worked as a bank teller. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, spending time with her dogs, and tending to her houseplants.

Andrew Bazylevsky joined Crews & Associates as a Senior Managing Director of Institutional Sales. In this role, he helps clients with their fixed income needs. Andrew developed his expertise in capital markets from the ground up over two decades at Brownstone Investment Group, a boutique fixed income dealer headquartered in New York City, where he traded books in both high yield and emerging market credit before transitioning into sales. Andrew received a BA in Biology from Boston University before pursuing a career in finance. When he is away from the desk, he is an active member of Ukrainian cultural institutions and enjoys spending time with his growing family.

A managing director of agency trading with an impressive tenure, Andy joined Crews just after attending Ouachita Baptist University. He specializes in taxable trading transactions for an institutional client base primarily made up of governmental entities, insurance companies, banks and trust departments. His experience in all aspects of the fixed income market allows him to focus on each client's strategic goals. Customer service and attention to detail have contributed to his success over the years. In fact, most of his long-term clients have become personal friends. Indeed, Andy has devoted his career to helping customers realize their financial goals - one profitable transaction at a time.
Andy's unwavering commitment extends to his home life, too. He and his wife (his college sweetheart) have raised three boys and recently welcomed their first granddaughter to the family. Andy attends Park Hill Baptist Church. When he isn't working or spending time with family, he enjoys getting to the golf course regularly.
Anthony has 28 years of institutional sales in his background. Growing up in Hamburg, Arkansas, he played baseball, football, basketball and ran track. Anthony earned his bachelor's degree in education from The University of Arkansas at Monticello while on a football scholarship there and attended graduate school at Northwestern State University in Louisiana.
Anthony and his wife, Lisa, have been married over 30 years and live in Little Rock. They have three children and two grandchildren.
A little known tidbit about Anthony is that he enjoys mentoring young men on their career decisions. Often the young men are from single parent homes and just need a guiding hand. He always asks that they pay it forward and do the same thing for another young man someday.

Working for Crews through its First Security location, Barry serves the investment needs of Arkansas customers in the Searcy area. He serves existing Crews clients by assisting them with financial needs that are business-related or of a personal nature. His area of specialty includes developing and implementing financial solutions for his clients. He also assists in developing retirement plans for business owners.
Barry has been in the financial industry for 30+ years, and during the past 25 years, he has been affiliated with First Security and Crews. Outside of work, you can usually catch him heading down to New Orleans to see his three children and six grandchildren and get some of that amazing Cajun cuisine.
