Tara D. Shultz joined Capital Region Insurance Agency in 1996 and is our Operations Manager. She handles all the day to day operations and manages the Commercial Lines department. Tara supports agents in selling, quoting, marketing products, and services while providing quality service to our agency customers. Tara also helps provide surety bonds of various types.
Warren Stumpf founded Capital Region Insurance Agency on the river in Wormleysburg, PA, with an eye view of the state capital Harrisburg, PA. His purpose was to serve the Pennsylvania community quality insurance solutions as a one-stop-shop independent agency. Today, Warren and the CRIA, Inc. team proudly serve 12 states, including Pennsylvania, New York, Maryland, New Jersey, District of Columbia, West Virginia, Virginia, Kentucky, Ohio, Indiana, Tennessee, North Carolina, and Illinois.
