CTC Texas Associates, L.L.C. is a family-owned and operated property owner* and developer in various parts of North Texas with a concentration on the Deep Ellum area of Dallas, Texas going back to 1979. We manage our own properties and lease them directly to residential and commercial tenants for various uses, and we were among the first to salvage and restore a large number of the "antique" buildings in the most historically rich areas of Dallas. The nearby Peak and Bryan area is another emerging downtown neighborhood where we have purchased and redeveloped real estate over the past few decades as well... We are a group holding our own privately held properties focusing on commecial, residential and mixed use real estate in Deep Ellum and surrounding area.
