Jennifer recently joined the Front Office team. Jen has 15 years of experience in Office Management, 5 years of experience in accounting, and was also a hairstylist for over 25 years.
After living in Florida for 11 years, she has returned to Huntsville where her parents and children reside.
Kathy has over 30 years experience in accounting and a Bachelor in Business Administration in Marketing and Accounting. Her expertise in handling complex accounting and payroll matters has been a great benefit at Cyntax. Her prior experience includes helping develop custom accounting software for a local engineering firm. Kathy is actively involved in the management of her family owned business.
Monica is a CPA with experience in tax preparation, small business bookkeeping, and government contracting. After her first child was born, she left the industry to spend time investing in her family. She loves to find solutions to tax and financial needs so clients can spend time and energy on what they value. Monica returned to the tax industry several years ago, and now Cyntax is proud to have her join our team.
We are excited to add Patricia to our tax preparer staff. With a BSEE, a Master's degree in Aeronautical Science, experience in small businesses, rentals, and assorted family and college situations; her hands-on experience lends an extra element of understanding to the tax situations of our clients.
Patrick has over 20 years of experience consulting with small to mid-sized companies from a variety of industries. With a Bachelor in Business Administration in Accounting & Information Systems Management, he is a valued member of the Cyntax team.

Ronnie is a software engineer with a special interest in complex tax situations. He has been with Cyntax for over a decade providing customers with excellent service. Ronnie maintains his standards with meeting or exceeding the required continuing education for tax preparers. He also has earned The Accredited Tax Preparer credential from the Accreditation Council for Accountancy & Taxation.
Shirley is a proud Air Force brat and has worked for the Army as a civilian for 35 years. Shirley has been a tax preparer for almost 20 seasons, has earned The Accredited Tax Preparer credential from the Accreditation Council for Accountancy & Taxation.
Terry comes to us with valuable knowledge and experience from working in a tax office. She enjoys meeting and assisting our clients and spending time with her husband and children.
With over 25 years experience in accounting and bookkeeping, Vicki provides us with a wealth of knowledge in small business accounting. She is proficient in QuickBooks. Her experience includes cash and accrual bookkeeping, payroll, sales tax, and all related reports.
