Chris DeWys focuses on civil litigation dealing with commercial and residential real estate, business disputes, neighbor issues, land use, and landlord-tenant matters. Chris also handles Danfoura Law P.C.'s probate administration practice and litigation. Chris has been in civil litigation since 2008 and joined Danfoura Law P.C. in 2015 after four years of solo practice and two years at a boutique civil litigation firm in San Francisco. Chris is committed to active client engagement throughout the litigation process and ensuring that client goals are achieved both efficiently and with value. Chris moved to San Francisco in 2003 after growing up in Tempe, Arizona and obtaining his B.A. and M.UEP from Arizona State University. Chris then obtained his J.D. from Golden Gate University in 2008. If Chris is not in Court or in the office you can probably find him on the mountain in the winters and camping on the coast in the summers.
Gina Sharron focuses on civil litigation dealing with commercial real estate, including landlord-tenant matters and lease transactions. She has been in practice since 2004 and joined Danfoura Law P.C. in 2018 after fourteen years of practice at a commercial real estate firm in San Mateo.
Gina grew up on the Peninsula, she received her B.A. from University of San Diego (2001) and a J.D. from UC Hastings College of the Law (2004). Gina is admitted to practice in California and the United States District Court, Northern District of California.
Lisa Kohli focuses on estate planning, trust administration, and probate practice. She has been practicing law since 2012 and joined Danfoura Law P.C after working for a number of years in legal aid. Lisa enjoys working with clients to provide a high level of service and guide them through the process. Lisa moved to San Francisco in 2015 after growing up in Indiana. She received a B.S. in 1999, an M.S. in 2003, and a J.D. in 2012 all from Indiana University. She is admitted to practice law in California (2016) and is currently inactive in Indiana (2012).
Naeem E. Salameh focuses on civil litigation and transactions dealing with real estate law, corporate formation and business law. He has been practicing since 2021 and joined Danfoura Law P.C. in 2022, after nearly two years in civil litigation and one year in-house at an emerging biotechnology company. Naeem is dedicated to establishing meaningful, long-lasting relationships with clients and providing high quality legal advocacy and support. Naeem was born and raised on the Peninsula. He received two B.A. degrees from University of California, Santa Cruz (2017). He received a J.D. from John F. Kennedy University, College of Law (2020) and an LL.M. in Law & Technology from University of California, Berkeley School of Law (2021). Outside of the office, Naeem enjoys maintaining an active lifestyle, traveling, international cuisine and spending time with family.

He has been in practice since 2003, and founded Danfoura Law Group P.C. in 2006. Samer is committed to investing in client success through sound legal advice, innovative ideas, and dedication to client goals. Samer values relationships which he demonstrates through a high level of loyalty, transparency, and commitment to clients. Samer was born and raised in San Francisco. He received a B.A. from Georgetown University in Washington D.C. (1999). He received a J.D. from University of California - Los Angeles School of Law (2003). Samer is admitted to practice law in California (2005) and New York (2004). He is also a California licensed real estate broker and has always had a passion for all aspects of real estate.
