In 2022 the partners decided that it was time to retire and hand over the reigns to a new generation. Kevin Lacassin formed "Define Hospitality" took over as the new owner in April of 2022; under his leadership we look forward to living up to Jeff and Nick's reputation and taking Delectables to the next level...
