Before becoming Senate Minority Leader in 2016, Senator Schumer served as Chair of the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee, Vice Chair of the Democratic Conference, and Chair of the Democratic Policy and Communications Center.

Hakeem Jeffries

Hakeem Jeffries represents the diverse Eighth Congressional District of New York and is serving his sixth term in the United States Congress. Rep. Jeffries is the House Democratic Leader, having been elected to that position by his colleagues in November 2022. Prior to being the Democratic leader, he was the chairman of the House Democratic Caucus in the 116th and 117th Congresses. He is also the former whip of the Congressional Black Caucus and previously co-chaired the Democratic Policy and Communications Committee where he helped develop the For The People agenda in 2018 when Democrats won back the House majority. In Congress, Rep. Jeffries is a tireless advocate for social and economic justice. He has worked hard to help residents recover from the COVID-19 pandemic, reform our criminal justice system, improve the economy for everyday Americans, and protect our health care from Republican attacks. Now, as House Democratic Leader, Hakeem Jeffries and congressional Democrats work tirelessly to hold House Republicans accountable and defend the interests of the American people.

HENRY R. MUÑOZ III - Founder

Henry R. Muñoz III was elected in a unanimous vote to serve as vice chairman of the Democratic National Committee in 2022. A designer, activist, and philanthropist, served as the DNC's Finance Chair from 2013 to 2019. He was the DNC's longest-serving Finance Chair and was the first Latino and openly gay person to hold the position. The former chairman and CEO of Muñoz & Co., Henry has launched numerous national movements to support the Hispanic community, such as Momento Latino, TheDream.US, and Latino Victory. He also co-founded SOMOS US and serves as a valued partner to SOMOS Community Care, a physician-led, non-profit health care network focused on serving New York City's immigrant communities. He is also chairman of Funny Or Die Studios, one of the nation's most prominent comedy production studios for digital platforms, television and film. Vice Chair Muñoz is a founder of the effort to create a National Latino Museum on the Mall in Washington D.C., serving as chair of the bipartisan Commission of Congress that studied the development of what will now be known as The Smithsonian National Museum of the American Latino. In 2022, Muñoz was elected founding chairman of the board of the new museum. Muñoz was appointed to the Board of the National Parks Foundation, where he established The American Latino Heritage Fund to support the creation of National Monuments and Heritage Sites that record the contributions of Latinos to the history of our country. He was also a key figure in the efforts to declare Stonewall as the first National Monument devoted to the LGBTQ+ movement.

JASON RAE

Jason has been a lifelong Democrat, attending county party meetings in rural Barron County, Wisconsin, on a bicycle before he could even drive. He was first elected to the DNC in 2004 when he was just 17 years old, the youngest person ever elected, and was re-elected three times. In February 2017, he was elected Secretary of the Democratic National Committee. Jason serves as a member of the DNC Executive and Rules & Bylaws Committee. He was also the Chair of the DNC Youth Council from 2007 to 2017. Jason founded and currently serves as President & CEO for the Wisconsin LGBT Chamber of Commerce, an award-winning organization with more than 600 businesses members. He is also a partner at the Milwaukee-based public affairs firm Nation Consulting. Rae lives in Glendale, Wisconsin, a suburb of Milwaukee, with his husband, Phillip.

Ken Martin

Ken Martin is currently Chairman of the Minnesota Democratic-Farmer-Labor (DFL) Party, President of the Association of State Democratic Committees, and a vice chair of the Democratic National Committee. Martin was elected unanimously to a third term as President of the Association of State Democratic Committees by State Party Chairs and Vice Chairs on January 21, 2021. Chairman Martin is currently serving his fifth term as chairman of the Democratic-Farmer-Labor Party (DFL), the Minnesota branch of the Democratic Party. He has held this post since 2011-making him the longest-serving chairman in the 75-year history of the DFL. Under Ken's leadership over the past 10 years, the DFL Party has seen unprecedented success electorally, financially, and organizationally. Martin has not lost a statewide election during his time as Chair and there has never been a 10-year period in DFL party history that has seen more electoral success up and down the ballot. As ASDC President, Martin created a comprehensive strategy to increase our Democratic Party's support for State Party organizations. The vision was to create a true partnership with the DNC and a real 57-State Party strategy to build durable long-lasting infrastructure, ensuring that no State Party was left behind and that we seized on all opportunities, big and small. This plan led to robust investment, significant growth, and a greater impact at the ballot box. Martin has played key leadership roles around the country in political parties, candidate campaigns, issue campaigns and on the independent expenditure side. Before he was elected Chairman of the Minnesota DFL, Martin helped run campaigns up and down the ballot from Presidential, U.S. Senate, Congressional, Gubernatorial, State Legislative, and local offices. In addition, Ken led a Minnesota-based donor collaborative where he helped develop, fund, and direct independent expenditures in Minnesota. In 2008, Martin led the campaign that successfully passed the Clean Water, Land and Legacy Amendment to the Minnesota Constitution, which to this day is still the largest conservation finance measure to pass in our nation's history, as well as the highest vote-getter for an issue referendum in Minnesota.

VIRGINIA MCGREGOR - Treasurer

A native of Scranton, PA, Virginia McGregor was appointed in 2021 by President Joseph R. Biden to serve as Treasurer of the Democratic National Committee. For more than a decade, Virginia has served on the Board of Directors of the nationally-recognized Geisinger Health System, and is also Chair of the Board of Trustees of the Geisinger Commonwealth School of Medicine. She currently serves on the board of McGregor Industries, a family-owned business founded in 1919 that is a manufacturer of miscellaneous and structural steel products for the construction industry. Virginia and her husband Bob are parents to six children and grandparents to three.
