She oversees the Information Technology Department, which provides support for all enterprise applications and data management, user support, technical infrastructure, wired and wireless network systems, telephone communications, audio visual/collaboration integrated systems, and information security. Johnson guides the adoption and implementation of business technologies, assesses institutional needs, and sets the direction for the department. With over 20 years of experience in the field of information technology, Johnson has a diverse background in both academic and administration computing, with extensive experience with clinical, research, instructional, and enterprise computing. Prior to accepting a position with Dumbarton Oaks, Johnson worked at the Chicago School for Professional Psychology, as the Director for Information Technology, and, before that, as Assistant Vice President for Information Technology Services at Columbia University Medical Center. She holds an AS in computer science from LaGuardia Community College, as well as a BS in information system management and an MS in business administration from American InterContinental University.

The Director of the Research Library since 2015, Boomhower oversees the work of the library in maintaining a comprehensive record of scholarship in Byzantine and Pre-Columbian Studies and the history and theory of formal gardens and designed landscapes, as well as a distinguished collection of early printed books and manuscripts relating to all three fields of study. The library also holds distinctive photographic and archaeological documentation of Byzantine art and architecture alongside exhaustive documentation of ceramic iconography of the Moche, Nasca, and Maya civilizations. With Boomhower's leadership, the library staff strive to maintain an optimal research environment for scholars and to make Dumbarton Oaks' unique library resources available to the public through a strategic digitization program. Boomhower holds an MS in library and information science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a PhD in musicology from Case Western Reserve University. He has published on the history of libraries and the music of Johann Sebastian Bach and Johannes Brahms and has served on the Board of Directors of the Music Library Association and the Coordinating Committee of the Advisory Council of Rèpetoire Internationale des Sources Musicales. Prior to his appointment at Dumbarton Oaks, Daniel held positions at the Library of Congress and in the libraries at Kent State University and Princeton University.

He oversees capital planning and project management for the 16.5-acre urban campus and represents the institution in neighborhood and regulatory commissions and agencies. Conine has a BS in construction management, with a minor in business from the University of North Florida, as well as an MA in museum studies, with a minor in nonprofit management from Johns Hopkins University. He served as the Director of Facilities at the Museum of the Bible and as Head of Facilities at the Folger Shakespeare Library before coming to Dumbarton Oaks and has nearly 17 years of construction, facilities, and project management experience.

Cummins is the Dumbarton Oaks Professor of the History of Pre-Columbian and Colonial Art in the Department of the History of Art and Architecture, Harvard University. He is the author, editor, or coeditor of ten books, the latest of which is Sacred Matters: Animacy and Authority in the Americas, coedited with Steve Koisiba and John Janusek and published by Dumbarton Oaks in 2020. Cummins is a member of the Executive Committee of Dumbarton Oaks, and former member and Chair of the Pre-Columbian Senior Fellows. A member of the Patricia Phelps de Cisneros Research Institute for the Study of Art from Latin America at the Museum of Modern Art and editor in chief of the Grove Encyclopedia of Latin American Art (Oxford University Press), Cummins is also a Member of the Executive Committee of Villa I Tatti, Florence. Stewardship of the Beatrix Farrand-designed garden involves providing horticultural expertise and directing maintenance activities, directing conservation efforts for historic ornament, and managing greenhouse operations. Kavalier supervises a staff of 11 full-time employees, manages emergency and inclement weather responses, and develops long-term projects and budgets. Kavalier received a BS in horticulture and international agriculture from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and has 18 years of experience in the field of horticulture and design. Before coming to Dumbarton Oaks, he managed garden operations and curated the tropical plant collection for Smithsonian Gardens, where he also led exhibit, outreach, and strategic planning efforts. After leaving Smithsonian Gardens in 2015, Jonathan served as a management analyst for the Architect of the Capitol, providing strategic planning and change-management expertise for Capitol Grounds and the United States Botanic Garden, among other internal clients. Jonathan is a Certified Grounds Manager through the Professional Grounds Management Society, and a Senior Excellence in Government Fellow through the Partnership for Public Service in Washington, DC. He serves on the American Boxwood Society Board and the Tudor Place Advisory Board and is also a certified Crucial Conversations trainer.

In this role, he oversees collection care, documentation, and dissemination; manages the museum team; advises on gifts and acquisitions; and oversees preparation of the budget. With more than twenty-five years of museum experience, he also provides leadership and liaises with other departments to ensure proper stewardship of the collections, and collaborates on institution-wide research, publication, education, and outreach projects. After graduating as a professional archaeologist from the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru, Murro followed his lifetime interest in museums with postgraduate education in museum studies both in Japan-at the National Museum of Ethnology, Osaka-and the United States, with a master's degree in museum studies from New York University. His interest includes cultural philanthropy and collecting, the art of Pre-Columbian complex societies, issues in cultural heritage, and the archaeology of the Central Andes. His latest projects include Written in Knots: Undeciphered Accounts of Andean Life (2019), the most comprehensive khipu exhibition to date; and "The History of the Central America and Colombian Collection at Dumbarton Oaks" (2021), a chapter in Pre-Columbian Art from Central America and Colombia at Dumbarton Oaks, the fifth and final catalogue of the "Pre-Columbian Art at Dumbarton Oaks" series, edited by Colin McEwan and John W. Hoopes.

He directs the operations of the security team and serves as the internal expert for security matters related to building and gallery renovations, new construction, and exhibitions. He oversees the development and implementation of emergency preparedness procedures and advises all aspects of the organization on best practices regarding security and safety. Calvert has a BS in management studies and a certificate in human resource management, both from University of Maryland, University College, and he is a graduate of the Police Staff and Command Program at the Northwestern University Center for Public Safety. He is a member of ASIS International and the International Foundation for Cultural Property Protection. Before arriving at Dumbarton Oaks in 2017, Calvert served over 29 years at the University of Maryland Police Department in College Park, where he retired as an Assistant Chief of Police. In this capacity, he managed the operations of a full-service police department serving a population of 60,000. He has served in myriad operational and administrative posts including investigative, training, policymaking, and emergency management/critical incident functions.

He works to make certain that accounting principles are followed and that the organization acts in accordance with financial best practices. Djurdjevic holds a master of science in human resources from Brandman University, a master of science in environmental science and policy from George Mason University, and bachelor of science in environmental engineering from University of Nis, Serbia.
