Bryan Hodnett

Bryan joined DonahueFavret Contractors in 2012 and has served many roles since that. He started his career in the Operations Department where he has successfully managed a wide variety of projects including hotel renovations, hospital additions, restaurants, historic rehabilitations, multifamily, and retail projects. Bryan is currently the Vice President of Business Development. In this role, he oversees the Business Development Department as well as the Marketing Team. He also works closely with the Operations and Preconstruction Departments. In 2016, Bryan was elected to the Board of Directors of DonahueFavret Contractors and became a vice president and shareholder in 2019.

David E. Dupré

David Dupre joined DonahueFavret Contractors in 2001 as a Project Manager. He was elected to the Board of Directors in 2006, named a Vice President of the company in 2010, and became a partner in 2019. David's extensive expertise includes the medical, commercial, education, retail, and multi-family sectors.

John L. "Jack" Donahue - CEO, Chairman, President

Jack Donahue is a New Orleans native who grew up in the construction industry. He earned his Civil Engineering degree from LSU in 1967. In 1979, Jack opened his construction firm in Mandeville, LA, serving as President and CEO. DonahueFavret Contractors grosses over $120 million annually, and Jack currently serves as Chairman of the Board of DonahueFavret Contractors. Jack has a history of service and leadership, having served three terms in the Louisiana State Senate (2008-2020), representing District 11. Through the years, he has been Chairman of Associated Builders and Contractors for New Orleans and Louisiana, Chairman of the Louisiana Association of Business & Industry, Co-chair of GNO Inc. Tax Competitiveness Task Force, Chairman of the Causeway Commission, Chairman of the Business Council of St. Tammany Parish, President of the St. Tammany Economic Development Foundation, President of Legatus Northshore, and board member of the Catholic Foundation of New Orleans and the Northshore. Jack was named to the LSU Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering Hall of Distinction, was Legislator of the Year for the Alliance for Good Government, received the John H. Hainkel Leadership Award by the Senate Republican Delegation, and was given the Guardian of Small Business Award by the National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB). Jack also received the Community Leadership Award, Business of the Year by the St. Tammany West Chamber of Commerce, and was named Member of the Year by Associated Builders and Contractors. He currently serves as an appointed member of the Safe Haven Advisory Board, Chairman of the Board of the Safe Haven Foundation, and a Board Member of the Money Hill Country Club. DonahueFavret Contractors has been a second home to John, who learned the business working on construction projects since the age of 12. After earning his Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from LSU in 1990, John joined the company full-time as a Project Manager/Estimator. He became a company owner and Vice President, leading the Operations Department until being named President and COO in 2007. John added the duties of CEO in 2009 and currently serves as President and CEO. John has been an active member of Associated Builders and Contractors, where he has served four terms on the board of directors of the Bayou Chapter, including a term as President, on the ABC National Board of Directors, and in many other capacities. John has also provided leadership to the St. Tammany West Chamber of Commerce as a member of the Board of Directors and served as its Chairman. He also helped found ChamberPac, the St. Tammany West Chamber's Political Action Committee. John is Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Lakeview Regional Medical Center, and is a Board Member of LABI, a member of Vistage 516, a former Chairman and current Board Member of the Northshore Business Council, and is a 2008 graduate of Leadership St.

Lauren Andrews

Lauren is no stranger to the construction industry. Her first part-time job was working at DonahueFavret Contractors during the summer when she was a freshman at Mandeville High School. She went to Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge and finished her education at Southeastern Louisiana University, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Economics. Working full-time with DonahueFavret Contractors since 2007, she is the Business Development Coordinator and in 2019 became both a shareholder and a member of its Board of Directors. Lauren has become an avid philanthropist and is active in several local non-profit organizations including the American Heart Association, Habitat for Humanity, and the Safe Haven Foundation. In 2021-2022 Lauren served as Co-Chair for the American Heart Association's Northshore "Go Red for Women" campaign. She is also a member of the American Heart Association's "Circle of Red" and a member of their organization's executive leadership team. Lauren serves as an advisor to the DFC FORE Charity Fund, a local non-profit created to raise funds for other 501c3's in the community.

Matthew Weeks

Matt Weeks excels in finding practical solutions to construction challenges. He brings 29 years of experience to ensure the successful completion of each project. Matt was elected to the Board of Directors in 2014 and became a shareholder in 2019. As a project superintendent, he has led the on-site teams of some of our largest projects, including First Baptist Covington, Chalmette Elementary School, and Pontchartrain Housing Corporation.

Maura W. Donahue - EVP

Maura has been a key member of DonahueFavret since joining the company in 1981. She is an owner of DonahueFavret and continues to serve as Executive Vice President. Maura is a past chair of the Board of Directors of the United States Chamber of Commerce, the world's largest business federation, and is proud to have served two separate terms in that role. She currently serves on the Board of Directors, the Executive Committee, the Audit Committee, and the Compensation Committee of the Chamber. Maura is the former chair of the Northshore Regional Board, former chair of the Board of LABI, former chair of Greater New Orleans Inc., former chair of Legatus Northshore, and currently serves on the board for Resource Bank and the Northshore Community Foundation. Formerly, Maura also served on the board for Blueprint Louisiana, the State of Louisiana Board of Commerce & Industry, the St. Tammany Parish Economic Development Foundation, and Habitat for Humanity St. Tammany West, and served on the Advisory Board of Entergy Louisiana. She chaired the board of the West St. Tammany Chamber of Commerce and was a member of the Board of Regents of Our Lady of Holy Cross College and the Committee of 100 Economic Development (C100) in Louisiana.

Max Ferran - COO, VP

Max Ferran grew up in construction and development, giving him a deep understanding of the intricacies of the regional market. He previously worked in project management in the greater New Orleans area before joining DonahueFavret Contractors in 2015 as a Senior Project Manager and Corporate Safety Director. His expertise includes multiple contract delivery methods in the medical, hospitality, multi-family, commercial office, and retail sectors. Max was elected to the DonahueFavret Board of Directors in 2019, became Vice President/Director of Operations in 2020, and a shareholder in 2024. A native of New Orleans, Max received his Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Alabama. He serves on the committee for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation's Northshore's Finest Campaign and serves on the Board of Directors for the Youth Service Bureau.
