Karl-Heinz Klinner works as an auditor for small to medium-sized companies in industry, trade and services. His main focus lies in the crude oil and natural gas industry, energy suppliers, shipping companies, non-profit companies and foundations. In addition he carries out specialised audits in connection with business restructuring, provides expert opinions on business valuations and makes viability assessments of financial business plans for small to medium-sized companies and large scale enterprises.

In addition to supporting clients in Germany, Karl-Heinz Klinner works for customers from the English- and French-speaking areas of the world.
Since the beginning of his professional career, Timo Meins has focussed on tax as it relates to the re-organisation of large, small and medium-sized businesses, especially in the energy supply and trade sectors. He also handles tax planning and the necessary tax arrangements for companies with respect to acquisitions and sales, as well as succession arrangements. Timo Meins advises clients of Dr. Schreiber&Partner Treuhand GmbH in all their tax concerns. In addition, he is working for Lüneburg University, assessing academic papers in his capacity as an expert.
