Andrew Marshall - CEO

Andrew Marshal joined Ecochlor in 2019 as VP of Business Development before transitioning to the position of CEO. He has been instrumental in reshaping the International Sales Team as well as transforming the core of the Ecochlor business and growth strategy to include product lines and collaborations with other companies offering environmentally sound products. He led the EcoOne Type Approval task force, a filterless and hybrid BWMS that received IMO Type Approval in 2021. With more than 30 years' experience in developing and launching emerging technologies, Andrew is a seasoned executive with a proven track record of international business development.

Cameron Mackey

Cameron Mackey is the Chief Operating Officer of the Scorpio Group, the Chief Operating Officer and Director of Scorpio Tankers Inc., and Chief Operating Officer of Scorpio Bulkers Inc. Mr. Mackey has been employed in the shipping industry since 1994 and was employed in unlicensed and licensed positions in the Merchant Navy, primarily on tankers in the international fleet of Mobil Oil Corporations, where he held the qualification of Master Mariner. He has an MBA from the Sloan School of Management at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, a BS from the Massachusetts Maritime Academy and a B.A. from Princeton University.

Charles Noble

Charles Noble is a private investor and also an Executive Vice President for Janney Montgomery Scott, LLC. Prior to joining Janney, Mr. Noble spent over 30 years in the investment industry as a Senior Vice President / Senior Portfolio Manager for Stephens Inc. and Legg Mason Wood Walker, Inc. He holds a BS in Finance from the University of New Haven.

Chip Herzog - CFO

As CFO, Chip brings 35 years of progressive financial management and leadership experience to Ecochlor. As a financial professional, he has focused on partnering with operating executives, utilizing core financial and operational data to generate insight and guide decision-making. Prior to Ecochlor, Mr. Herzog worked at Otis Elevator Company, Boston Scientific, Pratt & Whitney and Spirit AeroSystems. His roles included A/R and A/P functions, V.P. of Financial Planning and Analysis, and Senior Finance Executive of a $1.5B multi-business global division. Mr. Herzog holds an MBA with a concentration in Operations Management from the Harvard University Graduate School of Business Administration.

Marty Toyen

Marty Toyen is former Chief Executive Officer of the naval architecture firm, Seaworthy Systems (now a part of Rolls Royce Naval Marine). Mr. Toyen serves as a Member of the Society of Naval Architects and Marine Engineers on the Executive Board and a Member of the IMarEST Ballast Water Expert Group. Mr. Toyen was appointed Chairperson of the Connecticut Maritime Commission by the Governor of Connecticut and acted as a Director of the Connecticut Maritime Association. He was Director and Secretary of the Connecticut Port Authority, a State of Connecticut authority established to assist in economic development for the ports of Connecticut. Mr. Toyen holds a BS in accounting from Central Connecticut State and an MBA from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

Michael Madely

Michael Madely has had a full career in the global maritime industry with over 35 years of experience in senior management positions in both Commercial and Technical roles. As VP - Global Services, Mr. Madely will lead and manage the operation and growth of the Global Service Support and Chemical Supply Operations to meet the needs of a rapidly expanding vessel fleet. Prior to joining Ecochlor, Mr. Madely held the positions of General Manager and Managing Director for a leading global marine service company, firstly in Vietnam and latterly in China, steering both locations towards profitable growth. He drove the strategic development in both countries having two locations in Vietnam and four locations in China providing service support to customers both domestic and international and driving technical and commercial growth of the company. In addition to his technical roles, he has excellent commercial experience, spending some 17 years as Sales Director for a world class marine engine manufacturer.

Pete Thompson

Pete Thompson has been with Ecochlor for more than ten years with over 30 years of experience in industrial equipment design and fabrication. In his last position, Mr. Thompson was a manager and mechanical engineer for ProFlow, Inc., designing and manufacturing equipment for the chemical, pulp and paper, power, and maritime industries. Mr. Thompson holds a BS in Marine Engineering from the Massachusetts Maritime Academy.
