Fitzgerald Unuigboje is a UK Citizen and resident with over 15 years experience in Project Management and Control. He holds a degree in Geography and Regional Planning, AAU, Nigeria and is currently studying for a Bsc in Quantity Survey and Commercial Management, University Of East London. He currently works with London Array Limited, the biggest offshore wind-farm in the world as a Project Manager and sits on the boards of Two other UK Companies. He brings on board, extensive Project Management skills that enable efficient and timely delivery of projects within schedule in a cost effective manner. He is married with children.

Joseph Mbaeru was appointed a director Of Elsahal group (UK) in 2022. He holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree (B.A) and Foundation Degree (FdA) from Newman University, Birmingham, United Kingdom. He is the founder of Orchid Counselling and Psychotherapy Ltd and a member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). In 2003, he was inducted as a member of the prestigious Institute of Chartered Training Managers of Nigeria (ICTM) as a distinguished honorary council member. He is also a member of Junior Chambers International (JCI), Nigeria chapter. He brings operational and technical understanding with significant experience working with National Health Services (NHS), extensive knowledge, and experience of the property sector combined with strong operational leadership and financial and strategic management skills to the Board. He has considerable experience in investment returns, general management, and leadership.

He regularly attends seminars and conferences in a bid to hone his skills and develop new opportunities and contacts for the company's future developments.

(Germany), Managing Director, Praulli Investment Ltd, Research Assistant for Dr. Stephan Spehl Baker McKenzie Frankfurt a.M., Germany, Ullrich is a member of German Lawyer's Association.
