Charles-Henri Rossignol - CEO

Managing partner since 1999, Mr. Rossignol brings more than 15 years of experience in turnarounds, strategic repositioning and growth situations, as investment banker, as investor as well as chief executive officer. Mr. Rossignol was previously Founding Partner of FCDE (Fonds de Consolidation et de Développement des Entreprises), a 200M turnaround private equity fund sponsored by Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations through FSI (French sovereign fund), investing in mid market companies going through special situations. Prior to that Mr. Rossignol was Chief Executive Officer of Aeris an airline with 165 millions in revenue and 550 employees. Mr. Rossignol was also a principal at the Philadelphia based private equity partnership DS&P Partners, focusing on restructuring investments. There he was involved in several transactions in the semi-conductor, transportation, or business services industries. Prior to that he worked as investment banker for Morgan Stanley in Paris and London on mergers and acquisitions and restructurings in Europe. He was involved in several landmark transactions in the pharmaceutical and financial services industries. Mr. Rossignol is a graduate of the Harvard Business School (MBA) and of the Ecole Polytechnique. He is also a Sachs scholar and a director of many of the portfolio companies.

Thibaud Caulier - CEO

Thibaud Caulier is a Managing Partner with Equinox Industries. Mr. Caulier has more than 20 years of experiences in private equity, operational improvements and business turnaround. Until recently, he led the European team of Peak Rock Capital, a $USD 2 billion fund specialized in investing in special situations (carve-out, succession issues, spin-off, restructuring, etc…). Before that, he was the CEO of the Alltub Group, the world leader of collapsible aluminum tubes. Previously he founded the team of H.I.G. Capital Europe as well as their Paris' office. Prior to joining H.I.G. Capital, he worked within PwC's restructuring team in London and in Paris. Mr. Caulier is recognized expert in special situations in France and he is a member of the ARE Admission Committee. Mr. Caulier is a graduate of Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers.
