R. Kelly Kyle graduated from Louisiana Tech University in 1989 and from the Mississippi College School of Law in 1992. He was admitted to practice in the state and federal courts of Mississippi and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit in 1992, state and federal courts of Louisiana in 1994, and the Supreme Court of the United States in 1998.
