Joshua R. Doull

Josh Doull was admitted to practice law in the State of Washington in 2009. A local resident, he graduated from Issaquah High School, received his his B.A. in History from the University of Washington, and earned his Juris Doctorate from the University Of Washington School Of Law in 2009. Josh participated in the mediation clinic while in law school, where he successfully resolved dozens of real-world cases in his role as mediator. This work included everything from EEOC claims down to personal injury claims between individuals. He has maintained a strong commitment to alternative dispute resolution ever since, and has developed superior negotiation skills from his experiences. Josh is a member of the Washington State Bar and the Federal District Court for the Western District of Washington. He is an Eagle member of the Washington State Association of Justice and a member of the Washington Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. He is also an avid lifelong fan of UW sports, but is willing to set aside his differences to even help clients who attended WSU. (Truth be known, those poor souls usually need the most help).

Michael J. Kelly

Mike Kelly focuses his practice on Criminal Defense, particularly felonies, as well as Employment Law, Civil Rights, and Personal Injury. He is a highly experienced trial lawyer with success in cases ranging from defending Class A Felony charges to Employment Discrimination cases and Civil Rights claims against law enforcement and CPS. Mike is an elected member of the Washington Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers Board of Governors, and he performs pro bono legal work for the Innocence Project Northwest at the University of Washington School of Law. He earned his undergraduate degrees from Gustavus Adolphus College in St. Peter, Minnesota, followed by a Master's Degree in German Literature from the University of Washington prior to earning his Juris Doctor from the University of Washington School of Law in 2001. Outside of work, Mike is an active member of the greater Seattle community. He is head coach for teams in the Ballard Youth Soccer Association and Ballard Boys and Girls Club baseball program. He has served as the elected Legislative Representative on his sons' public elementary school PTA Board, and is a member of the Ballard Chapter of Ducks Unlimited Committee.
