The Helliwell Law firm was founded by Jessica M. Helliwell, Esq., out of Newport Beach California and specialize in: Contract Law, Business Law, Family Law, Real Estate Law, Employment Law, and Intellectual Property Litigation... Jessica is a native of Southern California. After graduating with honors from the University of California, San Diego, Jessica began her legal education at Southwestern University School of Law. While studying law at Southwestern University, Jessica was an intern with a Los Angeles Superior Court judge where she researched and drafted recommended tentative rulings. Once Jessica became an attorney, she immediately began her litigation career and represented clients involved in disputes over contracts, business and corporations, intellectual property rights, family law disputes, real estate, and employment law. Before opening The Helliwell Law Firm, Jessica worked for law firms both in Los Angeles and Orange Counties.
