H&H Drywall Specialties, Inc. , a dynamic commercial drywall company, serving Washington, DC, Maryland and the greater Northern Virginia area began its operation in January of 1986 as a sole proprietorship under the direction of Mr. Michel Houde. Desiring to own and operate his own business, Mr. Houde took his nine years of commercial drywall experience and began a new business in Maryland under the name of Houde Enterprises. In march of 1987, Mr. Houde was joined by former co-worker, Mr. Peter Hebert; together they established a new partnership, changed the name to H&H Drywall Specialties and relocated the business in Sterling, Virginia.
