His knowledge of marketing solutions and best practices is constantly bolstered by webinars, conferences and hands on implementation with clients just like you. His push is not just to provide a better product, better service and better cost. It's about providing value and helping clients streamline the process of ordering and managing the products and services High Impact provides. This is where he achieves his greatest satisfaction in business and where his clients gain the greatest value. He's a great believer in regular exercise, a dedicated Christian, devoted husband and father, dog lover, golfer and general outdoor enthusiast. In his spare time he supports a local inner city ministry that serves the homeless.

Jackie Mulvihill

Jackie is a highly skilled, detail-oriented team member of High Impact Solutions who brings over 30 years of marketing, advertising and production experience to the table. Project management, customer/vendor communications, product procurement, scheduling and logistics are a few of the skills she has honed through her previous experience in marketing and advertising as well as small business ownership. She exhibits a very high degree of organization and her ability to defuse tension with laughter is invaluable. Jackie's ability to build great relationships with customers, vendors and team members is one of the highlights of her professional career. In her other life, Jackie loves spending time with her family and friends, and especially enjoys the ongoing challenge of walking her crazy dog, Irene.

Yvonne Havens

Yvonne brings over 20 years of customer satisfaction experience to the table. She has served as an insurance agent and retail sales person and various customer centric positions where she has excelled at making people happy, employers and customers alike. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communications and Marketing from Eastern Michigan University and earned a certificate in Broadcast Arts from Specs Howard School of Broadcasting. She's a highly dedicated employee, always up to the challenge and very responsive to the ever changing needs of her employers and customers. You can count on her to see the job through from inception to completion with the personal touches that assure customer satisfaction. Outside of work, she's is a dedicated wife, mother, and grandmother as well as a volunteer for The Salvation Army. She enjoys physical fitness and party and event planning.
