Hog Heaven Investment (HHI) seeks to maximize members return through real estate investment in the Lake Lure area of the North Carolina Blue Ridge Mountains. HHI is a private Limited Liability Company that facilitates acquisition, development, financing, operating, and selling of log home and other properties for the benefit of its members. HHI will create measurable value by providing members with a platform for leveraging their investment capital, sharing development costs, and limiting risk exposure. It will employ a start small and invest opportunistically strategy to enable HHI to grow profitably.
