Dan is actively involved in the entire building process from concept to completion. He will meet with you as often as needed to work out every detail of your new home, addition or renovation. Dan brings his 35 years of construction knowledge and experience to help customers with site selection and design ideas. Dan looks forward to serving your family in your next construction project
Tom spent his entire life in and around construction. Upon graduating from Anna Maria College with his Business Administrative Degree, he joined the family run business to begin the 2nd generation of Heney Companies. Tom handles coordinating schedules, and working with subcontractors while guiding customers through the construction process as well as many other administrative duties including purchasing and obtaining permits.
Dan and Tom work seamlessly together to deliver your construction project on time and on budget. They strive to exceed your expectations and make the building/remodeling process a positive experience.
