received his Masters of Architecture degree in 2003. Over the years, he has been Vice President of a construction company in Florida, and has worked at two leading residential architectural firms, where he gained invaluable experience in the residential design and construction fields. Nate holds a City of Omaha Class A Contractor's License, allowing Metz to work on residential or commercial construction unlimited in nature.
