Barry Howard

  • General Manager / Director of Golf
Barry Howard, a native Arkansan from Benton, has been our General Manager/Director of Golf since 2002. Before that, he served our Club as an Assistant Golf Professional from 1990-1992 and as Head Golf Professional from 1992-2002. Barry has been involved with golf since he was 8 years old. He obtained his Class A PGA designation in 1992, and Certified Club Manager (CCM) status with the Club Manager's Association of America in 2008. He is currently Vice President/Secretary of the South Central Section of the PGA. Barry was inducted into the Benton High School Wall of Fame in 2010 and then became a proud member of the Arkansas State Golf Association Hall of Fame in 2014. "I have been at HSCC for almost half of my life. HSCC Is a great place to raise your family, spend your leisure time, and just hang out with friends. I LOVE Hot Springs Country Club and what it has done for my family, the members, and the community. I look forward to many more great years!"

Dillon McDougal

  • Head Tennis Professional
Dillon McDougal is a Hot Springs native and has played tennis since he was 6. Dillon has taught tennis in our beautiful city for 9 years and is USPTA certified. Dillon came to Hot Springs CC in 2012. He has a passion for teaching junior development and improving the adult players' game! Dillon is a true fan of the game and enjoys sharing his knowledge with others.

Nick Bell

Job Titles:
  • Tennis Professional
Nick Bell is a native of Hot Springs and was a student athlete for the men's tennis team at San Diego Christian where he received his Bachelor of Business Administration Degree. Nick has taught tennis for 5 years and comes from John Newcombe Tennis Ranch. Nick is USPTA certified.

Philip Holley

  • Head Golf Professional
Native of Charleston, West Virginia, has been a Golf Professional at HSCC since March of 2005. Graduate of West Liberty University with a Bachelors in Business Administration with a specialization in Golf Course Management. First Team All WVIAC three out of four years at West Liberty. Won the 2006 South Central Section Srixon Assistants Championship. 2015 Arkansas Chapter PGA player of the year.
