INTELUX ELECTRONICS - Key Persons

Mr. M. Rajwade, An Architect and an Ecologist by education, is the founder director of the company. His sensitivity towards energy conservation prompted him to introduce energy saving solutions (Electronic Ballasts) to the customers. The Intelux team was benefited with his wide experience in the basic issues of sustainability. Presently he is also looking after the legal and intellectual property issues of Intelux. He has been associated with the Ecological Society, Pune, as a senior trustee (this is a 30-year-old institute working in the field of Ecological education and restoration projects).

An Engineer in Electronics and Telecommunications joined Intelux in 2005. He has been instrumental for business diversification into Telecom and Industrial sector. Prior to joining Intelux, he was associated with a leading Telecom Operator for over a decade. With total experience of 18 years in wireless telecom sector and his exposure to power electronics applications, helped him in launching a range of Products like Power Management Systems, DC Diesel Generator & Dry type Transformers for diversification of business and marking footprints in International Market.

This Dynamic, cool minded personality is the Founder, Promoter and Chief architect of this organization currently working as a Managing Director. With technical background (B. Tech-E&TC) and earlier experience in Power Electronics domain, he has been main inspiration for the development of energy efficient and energy saving products. His mission for energy savings has been the key driver for the products offered by Intelux. Apart from being brilliant at engineering, he believes in spirituality as a way of life. He is of the opinion that, the only way forward is by giving back to the society (to complete the circle of life). To meet the goals initiated by him; Sadguru Sri Sri Sakhar Karkhana Ltd was established. The sugar factory is equipped with cutting edge automation tools. The team promotes organic farming and postulates nurturing the nature. Using comprehensive farming techniques, want to share the benefits with the farmers, who are the backbone of this country and bridge the gap between the haves and the have nots.
