Brad Kellaway

Brad Kellaway serves as Infinity Technology's Director of Program Management Office (PMO). He joined Infinity in 2021. As the PMO director, Mr. Kellaway directs and oversees the PMO to ensure Infinity programs and projects meet organization goals and requirements. He also develops and implements PMO processes and policies and works with other department leaders to define, prioritize, and develop projects and programs. Brad has over 25 years in Project and Program Management to include working as a PM Manager with Boeing and Booz Allen Hamilton. He also served as a Program Manager for the Department of State where he oversaw the installation of IC platforms across multiple diplomatic posts and embassies. Brad is an Air Force Veteran, having served 21 years (active) in Military Intelligence and Meteorology, and his service includes Active Duty Wartime and Armed Forces Service Medals. Brad earned his M.B.A. from Hawaii Pacific University with a concentration in International Business as well as a Masters in Information Systems, both while serving on Active Duty and deploying on occasional overseas missions. He earned his undergrad (B.S. in Information Technology) at University of Maryland University College. He is also a certified PMP.

Erdley Bent - CEO, Founder

As the Founder and CEO of Infinity Technology, Mr. Bent has successfully built an award-winning business. With more than 20 years of proven operational experience in the U.S. Air Force, supporting both large and complex programs. Mr. Bent's expertise includes operational and technical background, tactical communications, IT services, training, budgeting, and program management. After retiring from the Air Force, he managed programs of national importance, assigned to U.S. Central Command missions providing program management oversight to critical infrastructures and central service solutions across the enterprise. In 2005, Mr. Bent became an entrepreneur and business owner and founded Infinity Technology, LLC. His desire to form Infinity focused on building a company that reflected his core values of Integrity, professionalism, and quality rooted in collaboration, transparency, and communication. Under his leadership, his firm ranked on the 500/5000 list in 2010 and Washington Technology Fast 50 in 2010. Mr. Bent remains focused on strategic and aggressive growth while empowering customer missions and fostering an employee-centric work environment. Bent supports multiple professional and charity organizations: Founding donor to National Museum of African American History and Culture Annually supports the City of Hope Advisory Board Member BB&T 2018 established an annual minority leadership college scholarship Life member of Alpha Phi Alpha, Inc. fraternity Mr. Bent holds a Bachelor of Science from Western New England College and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Troy University.

Rick Swartz - COO, President

Rick Swartz is an Information Technology leader with more than 25 years of experience in Government and Industry positions responsible for managing, modernizing, and transforming large IT organizations. He was the CIO of two Federal Agencies - the United States Census Bureau and the Department of Treasury Departmental Offices. He has also been the Chief Technology Officer of two Information Technology Companies and an Associate Professor of Information Systems and Computer Science at the University of Maryland University College for over 30 years. Rick holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from the University of Maryland and a Master's of Science degree in Computer Science from Johns Hopkins University. He earned a Federal CIO Certificate from Carnegie Mellon University and is a certified Project Management Professional, PMP.

Tony Schwarz

Tony Schwarz serves as Chief Growth Officer (CGO) and is responsible for all aspects of Infinity Technology's business expansion. He is accountable for the collaboration, execution and measurement of company growth initiatives and leads cross-functional efforts across business development, marketing, operations and finance. Mr. Schwarz joined Infinity in January 2022 and brings deep and wide expertise implementing successful team growth strategies at the strategic and operational levels. Prior to assuming his role as CGO, Tony held P&L responsibility for all North America Sales activity at a major aerospace distribution firm in northern California. He transformed the company's federal business segment by expanding partnerships, generating new service and product offerings, untapping new routes to market and contract vehicles and increasing his U.S. Government customer base. His efforts resulted in massive growth and double-digit annual revenue increases. A U.S. Navy Reserve Captain with 24 years of service, Tony piloted helicopter missions during Operation IRAQI FREEDOM and completed key assignments at the NSC, DoD, and DoS. He holds a B.S. from the U.S. Naval Academy, M.A.'s from the George Washington University and the U.S. Naval War College, and a leadership certification from Harvard's Kennedy School of Government.
