Alex is a new member of the team and we are enjoying his presence!
Andrew Seaver, Superintendent, has also run a number of multi-million projects for the company. He has also been with us from the beginning and has spent those years running the larger scale or complicated projects. Although Andrew, like Rob, brings a lot of experience to his position, he is NOT a NASCAR fan. He spends most of his off work hours with his family or some productive endeavor. Annie Goff, Project Manager, does for project management what Jill does for the office as a whole. Estimating, management, writing subcontract agreements, submittal processing, lending a hand in the field or anything asked that will facilitate a smooth project. Dan Bergeron, Superintendent/Foreman has been with the company from the beginning. Dan has worked his way up the ladder having experienced a number of different projects as laborer, carpenter, foreman and supervisor. Dan has worked on a variety of projects up at UVM, area office fit-ups and miscellaneous small projects. He's got lots of kids so he'll stay committed to his job for the foreseeable future. Demetri, aka Meach, is building his carpentry skill set in a steady and fast fashion. We are happy to have him display his talents with us!
Jacob Graveline Carpenter/Carpenter's Helper
Jacob is the newest team member who is thriving under the watchful eye of his "Pepe" Todd Bergeron. He has come a long way in a short time and we look forward to witnessing his skills evolve.
Jeanne A. Morrissey, P.E. has managed a variety of project types, sizes and contracts over 30 years. In the spring of 2012, Jeanne introduced President Obama to a large group of excited Vermonters making for the most memorable and surreal moment of her life. The ability to build quality relationships is the greatest contribution she makes to the construction process and the greatest satisfaction she derives from it. Jeanne is a UVM graduate and licensed Civil Engineer in Vermont and California. She loves her family, her employees, her many golf buddies and the world in general. Jeff Coons arrived at JAM in the summer of 2017. After securing his Civil Engineering Degree from Cornell in 2007, Jeff spent time in other industries before deciding construction was his desired profession and JAM his desired team. In other words, we found each other and the future looks bright.
Jeff Densmore, Superintendent, has run many moderate to large size projects for after putting in some time as a foreman to Andrew Seaver. Jeff has been with us for a long time and loving every minute of it. Jill Allaire, Office Manager, does it all. Accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, general correspondence, insurance monitoring, office décor, customer relations, fundraisers, baking, art displays, subcontractor harassment, works on a job, and she'll play "name that task" at a moment's notice. Jim Morrissey, Superintendent, is one of Jeanne's favorites. She likes everything about him. Jim, in addition to the standard JAM talent, is a fun guy and a joy to be around. He also subscribes to some of Jeff's theories of love and shares Jeff's propensity to sing on the job. When he's not working, playing hockey, or playing golf, he's generally attending his kid's games or bringing the skateboarders to the ER.. Karen joined the team after some time overseeing the fit-up for Black Flannel Brewery/Distillery. Her talents, her commitment and her upbeat nature are a great fit for us in her support role to the Project Managers.
Karl is one committed, hardworking guy who has served a utility carpentry role that all the supers have relied upon for decades. Karl is a one of a kind. Although that can be said of all of us, Karl as the "Cliff Clavin" of the company brings it to a whole new level. There are times when his Keep Vermont Weird commitment pushes boundaries but we always forgive him because he keeps love in his heart. His house has become a testament to his creativity and skill as his various projects unfold each year.
Kevin has been help us do whatever needs to be done on and off for decades. He serves in any role offered that can benefit the company in the best fashion possible.
Mike is one of our talented lead carpenters whose thoughtful and skilled work is appreciated by all who get to to work with him. He has been a member of the team for over two decades and we hope for many more!
Paul is a highly skilled lead carpenter who has been with us from the beginning. Paul's meticulous nature, talent and skill can be seen in the details many buildings over the course of three decades.
Steve Elder, Superintendent, is a valued member of our team. He has run a number of large and small successful projects. Prior to working for us, Steve and his brother Mike and their dad Charlie were in business together. They did many fine projects for us so we have all known each other for decades. Steve and JAM are the beneficiaries of his late father Charlie's strict standards and great training.
