Marvin controls all estimating and pricing of projects for sales negotiations on design/build projects, "value engineering" on projects where costs exceed the customers or owners' budget, and offers sales proposals on projects handled through the "bid market." Marvin also serves ISC in public relations.
Mike manages our Engineering Department, supervising all detailing and checking of our shop drawings. He is our technical troubleshooter spotting and solving many problems before they become problems by working closely with the contractor, architect and engineer in simplifying the resolution to any problem. Mike also serves as the company's Quality Control Manager.
Randy manages the scheduling and shop production of all projects. He schedules all deliveries working closely with the general contractor's project manager and field personnel. He handles most problems which may arise in the field. Randy also serves as Quality Control Assistant over all matters of fabrication and erection.
